H2o Hair Salon, 759 Bourke St, Melbourne: Greedy and Unscrupulous Operators! – They advertised on Groupon. I bought a voucher for a keratin treatment. Been having keratin applied to my hair for 15 years+. Always had to pay extra for length but NEVER been charged for thick hair in 15 years + because my hair is thin. These crooks wanted to charge me $55 for long hair AND another $55 for thick hair!! A way for them to bypass Groupon and get full price, defeating the purpose of purchasing a Groupon voucher. Told me that H2O is not their business, but wouldn't give me the contact details of the business owner. Very shonky operators. Use them af your peril. Was devastating to me as I carefully budgeted to get this done before Christmas, because when homeless due to FV and struggling financially, these kinds of things often cannot be done as food and fuel and medication are high priorities, so to nanage to save to buy the voucher and save the expected $55 for long hair and $8.80 for parking, to then arrive and discover they are totally greedy and unscrupulous, that was so very disappointing. Really puts a dent in the faith you have that people are intrinsically good....because these people are not. Has devastated my Christmas!
