they decide it is 'our fault'. I was not willing to agree to this so they would not help us. The dishwasher was taken away for scrap after getting no where with the warranty. Personally, I would never buy another Haier product again, they are cheap for a reason. Poor man pays twice in this case.

exchange! 2 weeks later (as I am regional) a service agent came and throughout the course of the day, monitored 3 different cycles, all with different cleaning methods (tablet, liquid and powder, and noted the lack of dissolving of the solid based products and lack of cleaning on all functions and types. I finally was notified two days ago of yet another store credit, however when I went in store today, they had no record and was told that I will still have to wait until they contact me, all the while having an ineffective machine. I will never purchase a Haier or a Fisher and Paykel (which I have used for washing and clothes drying for over 20 years) again. So disappointed as this machine as so quiet and I loved the open door to dry functions!
