My fridge HSBS562IS is not working but my freezer is working. Also the water dispenser light has gone from blue to red at the same time. The plumbing has never been connected. Can someone please help me?

HSBS 5621 S Any updates on reset to get blue light . Pressing button D has no effect . Must be a combination of switches is it ?.. Thanks Barry

How to reset the red light on the water dispenser after changing the filter - I don't have a button D.

I pressed and held the "Fuzzy" button and it cleared the red light back to blue.

i have an haier american style fridge freezer model number 6301m7, the filter light was flashing so i have changed the filter however the light is still flashing, how do i stop this?

We have replaced the water filter and have flushed through the water but cannot stop filter light flashing ? How do we stop this light from flashing ?

Hi I have the same issue. Have you managed to get the red light to blue? I have done exactly what you have done but no change in the light.

I pressed and held the water button and it switched the water off, then I pressed and held it again and the light went off and the water came back on yay

The fridge looks great and seems to be good value for money. However the water through the dispenser is not chilled, how do we get chilled colder water without adding ice through the dispenser?

From memory I feel the water dispensed is not chilled - this is in the manual I think. One has to add the ice from the ice dispenser to chill. Mine has never dispensed chilled water. Hope this helps...

Yes it is filled manually! A good fridge and great cooling.. No issues till date

Tku, just confirming that the ice/water dispenser do not have to be plumbed in to operate

i can not find my booklet to answer my question, i am hoping someone can help me. i have just noticed that the water dispenser indicator light has gone from blue to red, what does this mean???

Im not sure. I dont have mine plumbes in to a water supply yet so i dont use the water dispenser, but i would asume it has a fault. Ring fisher and paykel as they are the aervice agents for haire. They should be able to tell you.

Had the same "problem" just recently - fired off an email, this is their response.... Dear Doug Thank you for your email and we apologise for the delayed response. The red light indicates that the water filter needs to be replaced. We trust this assists with your query. Follow up to above post re red/blue light rest procedure.... Dear Doug Thank you for your reply. As advised by our technical department, the instruction for resetting the filter is as follows:

“After fitting a new water filter, press button D for 5 seconds to reset the Water icon to blue.”
