Haier HWM70-1203D

Very good and reliable machine – We bought the front load washing machine from a local shop, HWM70-1203D in 2016 at NZ$669. It has been working very well. It has never brought us any trouble. It still runs well.

The least durable appliance in my house – Died after 2.5 years while we only needed it twice a week in winter and only once in summer. The everage life cycle of other appliances is at least 5 years or over. When it broke, smoke came out from the drum then water leak came straight out from the drainage. We should consider Samsung, LG or the leader Bosch at the beginning. Well, bad experience but it is worth.

Don't Buy Haier Products- Masters Hardware – On the 13th October I purchased front loader washing machine' (Haier) Fisher & Paykel, from Masters Hardware' retailer, after connecting hose to water, connecting power, turned water on Machine started filling' watching this machine keep filling I turned off' rang help line Fisher & Paykel' guy answers phone, tell him problem' then he says not again' that's the Solonoid it's had it' I'm sick of this' its happening again, then put me on hold for 20 minutes, I then hung up. Rang back, someone else, she was not interested that I had only 20 minutes ago just purchased' did you want to book a service call' I replied what' are you not listening I just purchased this machine' do you want to book a service call or not' Wow' Fisher & Paykel never will buy again' going to media sites to warn people of shabby service' faulty products and just don't care.

Waste of money – My front loader is not even four years old and will not drain. Had a man come look at it and was told It would be cheaper to buy a new washing machine than to fix it. I would never buy this brand again. Just a waste of money :(
