Clothes are left tangled at the end of the wash, plus the spin cycle does not get sufficient water out of the clothes. would not recommend it to anyone. The manual does not give proper instructions on its use - it took a technician coming to my home to show how to use the memory cycle which totally differed to the instructions in the manual.

Faulty machine – Purchased a Haier 9 kg washing machine last year july2017, weeks to get back to me, then wouldn't its washers and spins, but want drain the water out, Haier Company took weeks to get back to me, then wouldn't send any one out to look at this machine Haier. Horrible !! – Worse machine I have ever owned. Tangled and ripped clothing. Doesnt wash and makes random noises. I am now on my second replacement machine and it does the same thing. Fisher and paykel have the worse customer service!!! Not happy at all with this machine or the service I was provided. No one ever returned my calls and the manager I spoke to was horrible. Cheap good washer – I purchased this washer through income support so got what I was given. 7kg and paid 530$. Cannot complain as it washes well and affordable. Great for uneven floorboards as this is the only washer that doesn’t unbalance due to bad flooring. No agitator so gentle on clothes. Synthetic and Memory is for small loads under Level 4. clothes at times but overall does a good job. Easy clean filters. Small washer compared to other top loaders so great for small spaces. Perfect for a couple of people or if you are on your own. Best thing that I love is that it stays in one spot and does not unbalance. We have ours sitting on carpet.
