I visited Day Hair Salon in Victoria Park, now located inside Hawaiian’s Park Centre, expecting a professional service, but instead I suffered severe chemical damage that caused a large portion of my hair to break off and fall out. The emotional and financial impact has been enormous. To repair the damage, I had to see a certified extensions specialist and begin a long restoration process that has already cost me over $8,000. The salon did not take responsibility. I received no real help, only ineffective products and messages that never led to any action. I was left to fix everything myself.

This experience has been traumatic, expensive, and deeply upsetting. I strongly encourage others to consider this before booking.
