Went to Casey hairway for trim Lady trimmed back and around my ears . Then left me to show photos on her phone to friends I think. Left me sitting there I said you finished said yes then proceeded to talk to her friends again. Really unprofessional ,to be honest could’ve trimmed my hair myself looked no different. No communication, very bad experience. Never go back again
Of i could rate less that 1 star i would. Absolutely disgusting service and professionalism.
Hair nightmare – We went to Hairway salon in Casey central shopping centre on the 21st December 2023 to get our daughter’s hair cut because we left it a bit late to get into our regular salon before Christmas and this place doesn’t take bookings, only walk ins and looked pretty empty when we walked past so we popped in. Well that was a HUGE mistake! Just look at the photos! It’s about 2 inches, yes I said 2 inches in difference of length from one side to the other. This lady shouldn’t be a hairdresser! My daughter is 11 and sat completely still glued to her phone the whole time so there’s no excuse for her hair being this uneven and patchy and chopped up for $35. I didn’t even go back to get it fixed and ended up getting into our usual place AFTER Christmas to fix it which resulted in it being even shorter which our daughter hates. What a hair nightmare!! Obviously won’t ever be going back there again!
