Don’t hold your breath – Look, I understand a company is not really interested financially in a warranty issue, granted. But, the customer is usually always right. I am still waiting on a return phone call for an on going key fob problem they tried to fix and not replace! I will see what happens next…….well, after contacting the dealer Principal I realise this company has zero concern for my problems. Not a word by anyone from the business!! How can I put any trust in a company that couldn’t care less for my issues! If this is my problem don’t let it be your problem either! Go elsewhere!

Excellent service – We purchased our MG Essence from them in December 2023 and have been very happy with the service we received from them. Although the wait for the car was a little longer than expected, they kept us updated on the progress of delivery and took care of all the paperwork for our trade-in. All the staff were pleasant and professional and even after the vehicle was delivered we weren't brushed off when we had queries. We were able to take the test car for a long drive (twice and unsupervised!) and Vanessa, the consultant which whom we dealt went to great lengths to explain all the features of the car. Would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for an MG.
