Damaged – Product in the middle of box was damaged so must of been packed like it. Trying to contact was difficult & then was rude. Will never use hamper world again.

Disappointing - hamper not as advertised, poor customer service – Ordered a gluten free hamper thru Australia Post for my coeliac son for Xmas 2021, when received contents were not as advertised, from the 12 items advertised only 3 were included, the rest were replaced with other items not even similar, eg chips, fudge, nuts - replaced with green tea and jars of jam - not impressed. Australia Post, also phoned Hamper World direct but they were finishing up for the year and was told someone would contact me in the New Year, never received a call, followed up with email, no reply. Would NOT recommend

They don’t do customer service!! – Beware of using this company. If something goes wrong they will blame Australia Post. We ordered a Christmas Hamper for Christmas 2021. It was never delivered. When I contacted Hamper World they said it was Aus Post fault. This despite never having had an issue with the address in the past!!They did not offer a refund and did not respond to emails… Read more

requesting one. Their rude office lady didn’t care, suggesting in late January that they could resend the hamper. They just don’t care so be careful or you will lose your money and have nothing to show for it.

Cancelled order - they sent it regardless and it was incorrect – I ordered 2 Xmas stockings from Hamper World in October and cancelled in the same month and was promised a refund. They sent the stockings regardless and the contents were not only incorrect, but they looked like samples. I have contacted Hamper World on multiple occasions, but have been ignored. media appear to be mocked up, as there is no way for genuine customers to leave feedback. I would suggest avoiding this company.

Disappointed - Buyer Beware – Be wary when ordering a hamper from this company especially if it's one of their 'special deals' . The hamper I ordered arrived days late, broken and with items very different to the same hamper shown on their website. delivery and blamed it on Australia Post when there was no alternative delivery method. No refund, no apology and no responsibility - not good enough!
