Hampers Only

Avoid ordering to outside Sydney 2 days late and still nothing – I sent my niece a gift from Hampers Only with confirmation delivery would be done on Tuesday 3 January (it was booked a week ago). The website still says guaranteed delivery for Tuesday. It's now Wednesday afternoon 3:30pm Sydney time. and have no control over the delivery. They also indicated it may not even get there tomorrow. Luckily I sent it to the home address and not the maternity section of the hospital.

Disappointing – Delivered hamper before requested date! It was a birthday present for my husband and he opened it 8days before his birthday which ruined the surprise. Very disappointed in service. No ownership taken for the delivery date as they stated they use an external courier who was efficient in their delivery! If i was told, I could have intercepted the arrival of the package and kept it for his birthday.  Show details

Not as advertised – On their website it says next day delivery to Syd, Brisbane & Melbourne and next business day to most other areas. I would think that Perth would be a pretty prominent ‘most other area’ but advised that next delivery to Perth was over a week away. Very disappointed.

Not what I thought – I was wanting to purchase the baby prince hamper and add fruit and chocolates or flowers and a baby boy balloon to make one big combined hamper however they could not combine the hampers as they all came from different suppliers & locations and if I wanted separate hampers then I Would be charged separate delivery. being $50 for same day delivery (which I thought was steep as I wanted 2 hampers ) and I called to order at 7am. I then asked if I purchased 2 hampers could they be delivered at the same time however again they couldn’t do it because as they came from different suppliers they would have different delivery people. I ended up going with just the one perfect prince hamper which was delivered late afternoon and product seems good. I think they need to disclose delivery fees more clearly on the website.

Really easy, simple and fast – We needed to send out hampers to our clients quickly which we were able to do within minutes with Hampers Only. Very professional service.

Quick. Easy and Punctual – From browsing on the site to find out what I was wanting to the point where the gift was delivered -I am very happy with the service. I ordered a birthday hamper late on Thursday night requesting for it to be delivered by 1pm the next day, it arrived by 8am! Most places wouldn't be able to commit to before 1pm with such a late order so you will definitely have a return customer.

Faulty product – I received a gift set as a present for my newborn. The gift set came with a cray which I can mold my newborn's hand. However, the wrapping package of the cray is damaged as a result of drying out the cray. Therefore, the cray is actually not useable as it is just as hard as a rock. Untrustworthy – I selected a Christmas themed hamper with a special box, they sent a standard box. The contents of the hamper were different to what was described on the website I ordered from. untrustworthy and I believe they rely on the fact that the paying customer never sees the hamper as they generally deliver them straight to your chosen recipient.

phone call to let me know if there was an issue. I had to call them and they blamed the courier company not taking responsibility. I won't be trusting them again with an important delivery.

Received item on short notice and in good condition :) – I ordered a hamper on short notice as I'd almost forgotten to buy my partner an anniversary gift. Happy customer – At very last minute due to a few issues out of my control I ordered a gift on Wednesday. I was a little unsure if I would have the gift delivered prior to the Christmas break was very pleased when it arrived just as it had been advised. I have ordered from the website before and have never had a problem. Thank you for delivering what you advertise. Great product range and quick delivery and not too expensive
