HanJin Removals

Excellent move for 4 bedroom – I used Hanjin removal 3 times since 2007 for my 4 bedroom house. Time taken were slightly different, but excellent each time. My last move was in June 2016, from Homebush to Beecroft. Luke and 2 other men came in a large truck. It took 6 hours (the longest out of 3 moves), but I could see that the team was being cautious and attentive to details. Thank you!

Phone reception spoke OK English, as well as some workers (Luke). Not everyone seem to speak fluent English, but all polite.

Got The Job Done – Professional approach notwithstanding PR skills initially not too evident. Everything accounted for undamaged due to thorough job done at outset in sealing open boxes etc. Displayed patience over a personal issue of mine that arose. A solid effort.

Best removals! more like the worst ever! – Whatever you do do your research! I wish we had before these were booked! I have moved 5 times in 4 years so i know how much i have and how long the job takes. I have had the job done in under 4 hours all times but this time i moved 70% of my belongings before hand. all they had to move was some furniture fridge freeze and washing machine. when i arrived lets say they were just about moving as they wanted to add up the hours. They said job was 5 hours!What? They don't speak any english and don't care! i have a scratched fridge freezer, lots of damage to washing machine and a torn dining room seat! oh and the mattress is dirty as they could not even cover it! when i called the manager he did not want to know. stay away and if you use be willing to get your stuff damaged! I wonder what else i will find with damage. That they got away from me and i don't have to deal with ever again Bad service, lazy staff, don't speak english, don't want to resolve complaints and quote by manager "speak to the team" well how?
