concrete was delivered on time . 4 hour later it had gone of couldn't do anymore with it . started cracking 12 hours later.. arfter several emails later and conversation found out it had an a winter mix added which was not asked for .. still waiting for them to get back to me it's close to 4 months and still waiting.. I'd seriously look at other companies if your thinking of getting concrete...

Hanson concrete - worst experience – Hanson was my chosen supplier for a good size concreting job at my property. They delivered an unpumpable concrete mix that was ordered to be laid with a pump. They have been completely unhelpful ever since. They took the 2 concrete loads away, dumped them and will not refund my money. They provided a totally inadequate response as to why this happened- basically blaming me. They ‘investigated’ themselves and found themselves to have no case to answer. They will not speak with me and will not satisfactorily engage with me. This company that claims to be experts in concrete does not know when to provide pumpable concrete. Stay well clear. They are rude and dismissive and cannot seem to discern how their concrete needs to be mixed.
