Happy Flame

I’ve been using these candles for a few weeks now and thought I’d do another review. When I first lit the candle, I was stopped in my tracks. I had other candles around and the difference was very noticeable. The flame grew steadily, quietly and when it reached it’s full height it was strong and steady. As I stood there, I was reminded why candles are sacred; why they’ve been used across times and cultures for ritual and prayer. I have never had this experience before. I knew they were well made and smelt lovely. I knew the person who makes them does so with care and craftsmanship, but it’s only now I’m using them that I realise it’s deeper than that. Having this candle burning has become a centring experience for me. I did not expect that.
