Happy Hair Brush

The brush itself is ok, does the job, I wouldn't call it amazing the Kmart ones do the same thing and not for 40 dollars. The main issue is the label is literally stuck on with a sticky dot and comes off immediately which I don't understand for a brush of 40 bucks. Wouldn't you want your brand label on the brush permanently? Bit cheap and lack of attention to detail.
Best hair brush I've ever used – Do yourself a favour and invest in a happy hair brush you will never regret it. They are the best hair brush I've ever used. Great for my thick curly hair Show details
Not good for severely matted hair – I bought this hair brush in the hope that it would save having to have my daughters severely matted hair cut - unfortunately both the original and the sensory brush still hurts my daughters hair so its off to hair dressers to get it cut off..
Let me tell you a story – Once upon a time there was a woman who always had long, fine, dead straight hair since she was a little girl. She loved her hair, but knots, knots and more knots were always a problem for her. She would wake up with knots, she needed to brush her several times a day to avoid creating knotty dreadlocks, and let's not even get started on what would… Read more
happen when she went out in the wind! She visited several hairdressers who thought they had all the answers until they blow dried her hair and would say "Oh yeah! Your hair tangles really easily". So she spent decades having no real choice other than to continue brushing her hair multiple times a day and basically ripping the knots (and her hair) out. Then one day her daughter-in-law began brushing her hair (which she knew the woman loves to have done) when the woman noticed something! "Oh my gawd what is that?" the woman exclaimed as she noticed a brush going through her hair without ripping half her scalp out. "It's the Happy Hair Brush" replied the daughter-in-law. "Why does that feel so good? the woman asked. "Because it is the best!" the daughter-in-law answered. "Oh man I need one of those" and the woman went straight to the website. The woman was very excited but then noticed the price. Ouch. Should she? Shouldn't she? What if it didn't work? Oh, but she had never had any success with anything else. Was this just going to be another promise made my companies trying to make a buck? Sooooo the woman explored the website, chose her items, and then left them in the cart for a month as she continued to ummmm and ahhhhh over the purchase. After reading a million reviews the woman finally decided to go for it and ordered the Mother Brush along with the mini brush (as she wouldn't dare leave the house without a brush in her handbag) and some combs. All these people can't be lying right? Well, they certainly were not! The minute the brush hit her head the woman thought "It's giving me a bloody head massage as well!" She was awaiting the usual tug and knot ripping out she had been used to for decades but it never came. The woman thought, what kind of magical brush wizardry is this?!
So the moral of the story is.... If you have crappy hair like mine (or don't), go out and get a Happy Hair Brush right this minute. You won't regret it!
And all I can say is thank goodness! Keep up the great work.
Love it! – I was skeptical about paying this much for a brush, but I’m so glad I did. I have really fine wavy hair that’s always in knots, and my 2yo has fine ringlets which she won’t let me brush. I ripped this brush through my own knotty hair, with no pain. I am much gentler on my daughter, but today was the first time I was able to fully brush her hair with no tears. It gives a great head massage too. Highly recommended! Show details
Best Brush Ever – Purchased for Miss 10 after being highly recommended. She can now easily manage her long, thick hair. No knots, no tears. The best brush we have ever used in her hair. So good we went back and purchased a travel sized one to complete her set! Show details
Still going strong after 4 years – We have been using this brush on my daughters curly hair for 4 years..it's great and still going strong..she hates using any other brushes..it still pulls a but but nothing near as painful as other brushes..I use a bit of hair serum and spray her hair so it's damp before I brush it and it works really well..definitely recommend Show details
Worked as advertised for us – Super happy with my new brushes. i've got thin bob length hair and the mini is perfect to keep under control and gives a brilliant shine. The bigger brush is better for my 13 YO daughter how has super thick hair and does a lot of dancing. Certainly is better than any other brush we have used on her for Dance. I even bought another mini brush for our Cavoodle who HATES the metal brushes but lines up for a brush with his new Happy Hair Brush. Show details
Not great – This brush does not get through my daughters hair. Her hair is curly, like ringlets in most places, and just below her ears. I was so excited that this might actually work but it does not on dry hair. I have to use it on wet hair with a ton of conditioner, so could have just kept using a cheap comb. My hair is super fine, straight and past my… Read more
shoulders and it still has a little trouble on some slight tangles. The black bristles are already falling out too and I haven’t had it a week yet. No benefit to a cheap brush. So disappointed. Duped again!
Don't believe the hype – I bought a duo hair brush pack (one travel and one larger brush) believing it would make brushing my 2 year Old's hair less dramatic/traumatic. It is no easier to use on her then a much cheaper supermarket/chemist brush. My 11 yr old, 9 yr old and myself have also used it without being overly impressed. There is a range of lengths, thickness and… Read more
texture of hair in the family. Given the price I would also have expected a very durable brush but the head has seperated from the handle after only a few months.
The best brush Ive ever used! – My daughter hates to get her hair brushed, and to be honest I'm not a fan either. When I was given this brush I was skeptical. Firstly, it contours to your head (I mean this is so simple why don't all brushes?!), and it feels amazing when you brush your head. It feels like a head massage!! Then I turned to my daughter and it glided through her… Read more
hair like her hair was silk (not knotty)!! She now wanders around the house with a hair brush and does her own hair a few times a day!! I'm sold. Throwing out all the others I have in drawers through the house and buying only Happy Hair Brush from now on!!
