Bondi Boost HG

Honestly, Bondi Boost HG didn’t live up to the hype. The texture felt heavy, the scent was overpowering, and after weeks of use I saw little to no improvement in hair growth. For the price, I expected better results.

This shampoo and conditioner did not work for me. I found it to be very drying, to the point that even my hairdresser of 5 years noticed (and I have oily hair…). I thought the 500ml bottle would go a long way but I find I have to use more product than I would using other products to get any sort of result. Show details

feel lovely. I have wavy to curl type hair and what use to be a frizz fight, in its natutal state was no longer. I also started to use Procapil Scalp Tonic and Intense spray and they have helped my hair build back. My hairdresser commented how much more hair I had! I have been using Bondi Boost for over a year now. I am able to leave my hair in its natural wavy curly style as it doesn't frizz very much now. Outside of the amazing products, I want to also say how amazing the customer service is. The team is outstanding with their replies and sorting out any questions or issues you have. I had an issue with one product I recieved i emailed at around 6.45pm. I had a reply at 7pm. It was all resolved before 9pm and that same day i received my package! Long process but results showing – I bought the HG shampoo, conditioner and all the tablets back in mid March. then i have try ends from the colouring. I’ve always used expensive products and although they somewhat worked none of them really helped with all the broken strands around my face and now thinning hair at my temples.

When I purchased these products I was hopeful but didn’t see any results for ages. I kept using the products and I’m so glad I did! I’m now 8 months in and my hair feels fuller, is growing more evenly, I have some hair growth at my temples and I get an extra day in between washing (however dry shampoo is still a must). I also decided to have a break from the hairdresser to let my hair start growing out and having a break from the bleach which I’m sure has contributed somewhat.

The temple hair growth took ages but I started noticing little baby hairs and now they are continuing to grow longer. The temple hair hasn’t completely filled in but there is a noticeable difference. I have actually been told by two people in the past week that my hair is looking fuller.

I have also been using an olaplex leave in on my ends each time because the conditioner doesn’t really nourish my ends that well but if it did it would probably be too heavy and end up making the rest of my hair greasy.

My advice is stick to it and be patient!

Disappointing – I recently tried Bondi Boost's shampoo, conditioner, and spray bundle, and unfortunately, I have to say I was disappointed. Despite the high price, these products left my hair and scalp feeling extremely dry. I expected better results given the cost, but it seems that shop brand products might be a more better choice. Disappointed – Disappointed. As a whole I love Bondi boost because it’s cruelty free, Australian and a beautiful product. I love the packaging and I love what the company represents, however this product left my hair limp, flat and oily. Had to stop using it one week in. Very disappointed. Hair falling out excessively after each wash – Hair stated to fall out in excessive amounts after each wash. Came on here to see if it's happened to anyone else and it has. Not 100% sold on the product as yet – I ordered this shampoo and conditioner and have recently started using it. I have experienced some hair loss since starting however have had no reaction to the product. I will say it smells amazing, very earthy and minty. to grow back but the most incredible thing for me was how quickly the hair I had left appeared voluminous. It also grew very long very quickly. I’ve been using it ever since and won’t be changing to anything else. I find it to be economical to use as well.

can now see red patches in my hairline and can feel irritation. I’ve bought 2 duo sets thinking it was going to be the next best thing after reading the reviews on their site. Beware if you have scalp issues or dandruff I wouldn’t use Bondi Boost HR as it aggravates it.

Another shampoo & conditioner that I used was 18 in 1 Professional Detox, this kept my scalp issues clear and hair nice. I’ll be going back to this one.

If you are pregnant, you need this! – The HG range has helped me recondition my hair during pregnancy, unfortunately I’m not one of these lucky ones that get the pregnancy glow and beautiful hair but with Bondi Boost my hair looks and feels amazing. Why does this get so SO many great reviews? – Recently purchased this online for long-term hair thinning which it claims to help. I'm going to try and persist with it (it's only been a week so far) to see if it does help but as a general shampoo it's pretty horrible. feel clean and the next day my hair texture is horrible (drier than normal.) My scalp is also itchier than normal. If it does work for hair loss/thinning (which remains to be seen) I'll keep using it in tandem with a better shampoo and heavier conditioner.
