Please be careful when taking these. My liver enzymes went through the roof and could have caused significant damage. They helped with the hot flashes but my Dr freaked out when she saw my levels. Never realised supplements could do this

Caused bad reflux – I couldn't tolerate these tablets due to severe reflux/ heartburn after about 2 days. Have tried about 3 times, and same thing, even if I take half dose (2tablets). I also noticed some nighttime palpitations which I haven't experienced before. Wanted them to work, but now I have 2 bottles that I can't take.
