and a house into one house, Andrew offered to inspect the properties and amount of stuff to move free of charge.

He promptly set the most convenient earliest time and brought additional boxes with him to help us with our move, which included mattress covers, and "portable wardrobe" boxes which were quite helpful. He was far from the stereotype I had pictured of a "young meathead" type. It was obvious he was quite experienced, he was also professional and delightful to deal with. Showing him our garage however and amount of stuff my dad had kept in storage Andrew brought attention to the trickiness of transporting all of it to pack into a truck, since trucks aren't allowed access in our apartment building's garage section.

He recommended a 2-day job to tackle the apartment and garage in one day and the other house on the other day. He assured that he had convenient "dolly" devices that would aid in transporting the garage stuff through the carpark to the closest access point his truck could be positioned in. These proved very efficient and effective.

I was very pleasantly surprised about how smooth the operation went. I had been dreading the move for awhile and wasn't fully prepared in my opinion. Andrew was very professional in efficiently directing his team of 2 co-workers as well as my dad as well as carefully packing loose items I hadn't already packed into boxes. It took all the stress out of the move. His manoeuvrability skills with our larger items was quite impressive.

Trusting Andrew to move our stuff made the cost of the move fully worth it. Highly recommend to anyone needing to move.

Worst removals company – Never use this company never finished the job wrecked our washing machine and left our bed and broke the base will be taking this further worst company if I could I would not give any stars

*Finished moving at 9.30pm. With my husband helping the whole time. (Whilst asking me to speak to his wife regarding why he was running late!)

*Regardless of the above, still paid $625 for the move. If I were to move again, I would definitely use a professional moving company, even if more expensive as you get what you pay for. (And hopefully they will ensure proper safety measures like securing objects to the van so they don't fall and get damaged.)

Couldn't ask for better! – Superb! Experienced, efficient, fast, careful. [names removed] were ready for anything, good for a yarn (without slowing the work rate), on time and were spot on with the original quote. I won't be trusting anyone else with any future moves - I can not recommend them strongly enough. Happy Packers = Happy customers!

Worst packers I have ever come across – Can't believe there are packers like this outfit that run a business. Where do I start?? Scratched my furniture, turned up late, misquoted and attitude! The perfect move – Found out about Happy Packers through a work colleague. They came and packed our unit, moved and unpacked the majority of things, all within a 48 hr timeframe, it was as if we had not moved at all, it was so easy. Everthing was put in place and reassembled. Really pleased, recommend to all. Reliable, super efficient, a pleasure to deal with, a very human touch, made me feel really comfortable with our move, well priced.

Not a Happy Packer – Fact 1: Underquoted the job by half. We ended up paying nearly double even though it was way over his original quote! Fact 2: Did not realise the job needed more than 2 people! Fact 6: Actually had the nerve to tell us on his invoice not to use his services again...when we did absolutely nothing wrong (hand on heart)!!!
