This is a cheap drop shipping company disguised as a Melbourne store. 1. Orders take weeks to arrive from China 2. 60% discount incentive to buy another pair of the correct size so you can give the incorrect ones away. If you decline, you'll be offered a 15% refund. If you choose to return still you'll be liable for cost of posting the package back to China, so it's not worth it and the shoes will likely end up in landfill. As a result I got a $10 refund on a $70d product and the shoes ended up at the op shop.

So yeah, don't get sucked in on Instagram ads... Lesson learned.

advising me to complete an enclosed return form to receive a refund.

There was NO enclosed return form attached to the email, nor are there any on their website.

But there website does include this "Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we no longer accept returned products."

It is also worth noting their Facebook page they use to advertise/promote their business, is in the process of being blocked/removed by Facebook for not following FB guidelines.

I guess that's what happens to scamners.

Don't make the same mistake I did.
