via internet, messages and phone calls and the men that installed the kitchen were the tidiest tradesmen I have every met. The whole experience very pleasant. The kitchen was not straight forward design, having a large 4 metre bay window and glass display cabinets with downlights but it came our perfect!
I highly recommend this company for your next kitchen! Thank you to the whole team!

by pieces of cardboard cut to size of the new layout. We also researched and designed our new T.V. wall unit. In the end all Harrington's were to complete was make and install the kitchen and the other items - there was very little if any design in-put by this organizations representative who in reality is an "order taker" Their web site is inaccurate, certainly in this respect! Additionally, we sourced other necessary trades that were needed for the kitchen and laundry. Harrington's gave us the name of a Plumber they use, we asked him to quote on some separate drainage work........"the recommended" plumber was 300% more expensive, (for the same work) as another local firm. When it came to quoting the job for all 3 units the cost escalated out of proportion - e.g. one small change of color on 2 components, we were told the cost would be $960 extra - ("The Bowral Tax" phenomena has evolved due to local trades and suppliers having more work than they can cope with). I might add there were already some components in the T.V unit of the color, already within the T.V unit involved! We refused to pay the amount involved. "Buyer beware" is a legal phrase, but it fits our experience with these people
all round good kitchen – pretty good work from the kitchen company had a few problems along the way which were delt by harrington kitchens would recommend them if i need a new kitchen in the future
Dream Kitchen – I have always dreamt about my favourite kitchen and after many years Harrington kitchen made it happen, they are amazing at design, service quality I couldn't fault them :) they also did my mums kitchen too.
Every job never a problem – I had my kitchen installed 10 years ago and still love what they did for me. Of late I had a few cupboards failing and one phone call and all fixed for free. before draw options I had I mind and again I could not be happier. They are very professional with quality workmanship and service from start to finish and also after with some problems. Perfect choice for home improvements.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people wishing to install/renovate a kitchen.
Kitchen, Vanities, Laundry - 100% Happy! – When we built our home we had Harrington Kitchens do multiple projects for us and everyone of them was perfect - we are so happy with our kitchen, from the design to the installation, right through to the after sales service - couldn't fault them. They looked after the laundry and the custom vanities too - saved so much messing about with multiple companies.
Outstanding from the beginning to the end – Jonathon at Harrington Kitchens was excellent to deal with as he listened to my brief carefully. He took it all on board and also gave me other design options that I had not thought possible to fit in a small kitchen. All of the subbies I dealt with from Harrington Kitchens were professional, courteous and product knowledgeable as well as being top quality cabinet makers/installers, plumber, electrician, etc. I highly recommend Harrington Kitchens to anyone contemplating on a new kitchen.
Quote only - was not happy with the design options – We received a quote for a complete kitchen redesign, which was quite a detailed process. The designer came out for a couple of hours, measured up and listened to what we wanted etc. A couple of weeks later we returned to their office to view the print out of the design and discuss the price and options for cutting costs etc. We were also given the… Read more
option of making changes to the design to make it more of what we were after, including another home visit. I had thought we were going to be viewing this as a 3D image on screen but it was only on paper, making it harder to visualise. Unfortunately I perhaps didn't have a clear enough idea of what I wanted, as I was hoping the designer would have more ideas of ways to best use the space we have to make the kitchen more up to date. I felt the design we received was lacking in character and didn't meet the few specifications I had, and kind of like a commercial kitchen. Overall the quote was for between $20,000 - $30,000, depending on certain options, which I think is rather standard for this sort of work. The quote doesn't include tasks such as painting, flooring.
Overall, I think you need to go in with a clear idea of what you want and be capable of clearly explaining that, rather than expecting them to give you ideas about the design, which doesn't quite suit me as I wanted an expert opinion. As such we haven't gone ahead with this work at this stage.
The best company I have ever dealt with – I tend to do all my renovation work as Im always disappointed in any subbies I usually get in.I had a few DIY quotes (supply only), but for not much more and at a better quality I contracted Harrington kitchen to do our kitchen. on. Sales is brilliant, as was the installer. Benchtop guys did such a good job - the joins were flawless. I really couldn't be happier with this company.
