Northern NSW) was the delicious special crumb of the chicken schnitzels. Months ago I spoke with the butcher at length to compliment him on the delicious, truly delicious special crumb he invented himself. This was a proud professional, delighted in the feedback from customers. Yesterday went I went to purchase the schnitzels, the worker at the butcher told me that crumb is no longer available. Because Harris Farm are moving to online orders the standards must be equitable across all stores. So, the executive management appeals to the lowest common denominator: bring the standard down, instead of promoting unique products available through the years of expertise the in house traders Harris Farm chose to service their store can offer. I glanced at what was available and now there is no difference between the Woolies crumb and the Harris Farm butcher chicken schnitzel crumb… looks plastic! My custom of the store is now seriously hampered… as a result I did not purchase. Not happy.

I love my fresh produce to be fresh! – Previously I had purchased my fruit & vegetables from a multi national supermarket. Thought I'd give Harris Farm a go, so I could compare. Wow! The fresh produce was brilliant when I brought it home from the store. The bonus was that it stayed fresh for so much longer than items I'd purchased from elsewhere. Good, but not as good as it was before the move – Still great prices and good selection, but it was better in your own shop (in Bathurst City Centre) rather than in IGA where it is now in Bathurst. The veggies don't seem as fresh or as good quality now. I don't usually go to IGA a lot so I have to go out of the way now to get Harris veggies. I do so, but I don't buy from you as often now.
