Harris Farm Markets Bowral

Continue to sell stale food as fresh, today stale rolls, last week quinces all rotten when cut. This is a frequent experience at the Bowral store, they clearly couldn’t care less.

We have bought their milk in the glass bottles 3 times and all times it lasted no more than 3 days in the fridge , and it smells dreadful, when I mentioned it in store it fell on deaf ears . Their salad leave are miserable and fresh meat often above the safe fridde area

Disappointed as I expected fresh produce – Last week I bought two plastic containers of so called ‘sprout stack’ salad leaves. was home in about five minutes and immediately put them into the crisper in the fridge. water sprinker system to ‘freshen up’ greens that are going off. Is this a sell at all cost or do they really not care about their customers? Happily there is an excellent fruit and veg. shop in Mittagong where fresh means fresh This is my second negative review for this shop but I am tired of wasting money there.

husband had to dig a hole in the garden and bury the remainder b4 it stunk out our bin. Quite a few of my friends have had similar experiences in the last few months. We’ve all agreed it’s back to the fresh food people for all of us. Such a shame as I’v always loved HF.....time to pick up your act as we do have alternatives.!!!!!!

Flowers – Harris farm Bowral flowers have gone to the pack. Big money for inexperienced wrapping. Embarrassing to give flowers to intended recipient. Train your staff.

Fresh flower's beautiful – I cannot recommend highly enough Harris Farm Bowral Florist Dept ...Our daughter regularly visits from Sydney and aways with a magnificent bunch of fresh flowers in her arms.Only recently did I enquire "Where are these From ? back on the phone and my luck there was only two bottles left so i asked him to put it aside for me and that i would be there in an hour and a half he took my number down and hung up.

well it actually took me two hours to get there because of the weather conditions. when i arrived to the store i walked in from the back delivery area and straight way the same gentlemen on the phone walked up to me and greeted me and was wondering if i was the same lady who called earlier for the maggie beer bottle's (i guess it was obvious i wasn't from the area) i told him it was me and with out hesitation and with a friendly smile he took me to where he hid the bottles and was still offering more assistance.

where i'm from in Sydney its really rare to receive a service like that, i always find staff in a hurry and too busy to offer a good service, but that was not the case in the Bowral store at all. i looked around and observed the staff and there were friendly faces everywhere offering assistance to customers and it was a good atmosphere. and when i left the store i wasn't dreading the 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive back home but i was happy that i made the trip there and received great service by great staff.

i would really appreciate it if the store receives the feedback and are thanked for there hard work. most often staff only hear the negative and not the positive.

so once again thank you to the mystery man who works at Harris Farm Bowral for the great service you provided.

Fresh daily and good quality. Great hours of opening – Ensure you are given what you ask for. No home delivery for Southern Highlands? Great quality & fresh daily Shame when my nearly 18 yo son asked for radish - not part of his food experience - he was not sold radish, yet it was rung up as that. The bakery, fish shop, hot food, flowers, nuts, coffees and gourmet sauces and spices are fabulous, but best of all is the staff. Always happy and friendly and extremely helpful, they make shopping there a real pleasure.

A destination store – It's become a day out to do my shopping at the new look Bowral store. It is such a beautiful shopping experience. The staff are friendly. Would be 5 stars if there was more parking – This is a great store, with an excellent range, especially since the recent expansion. But it has become too popular - parking is quite inadequate on busy days and the queues at the checkouts can be longer than Aldi on weekends.  Show details

Fresh! – I only get to Bowral every six to eight weeks, after a 90 minute drive, so when I get there it is a treat. Fresh fruit, fresh veg, fresh meat, fresh bread, everything fresh and lovely. green bags!! Well done for this. Fish on Fridays, and fresh bread and pastries everyday, and not forgetting the flowers.Great shop, oh and the Jersey milk. I only have one issue, that is the amount of water that sprays down onto the green vegetables , it stays on the items and hastens the deterioration of these items.

Love the Imperfect Picks Range – On top of that love the way this company prioritises freshness, and the free range products as well as the unhomogenised dairy range. Would be awesome of they still undercut Woolies and Coles by selling Bonsoy for $4.00 a carton (or $24 a case).  Show details
