went back to get a refund, the lady questioned me why don't u use the green bag for zucchini? Why?! Because first my mum doesn't understand English. Second, all your staffs are supposed to be trained to know the price of different items. It's not the customers job to double check everything on the invoice which I never did. I just trusted your staff but maybe I'm wrong?! Even if it's our fault not to use the green bag for zucchini so you can't charge the right price what's the excuse for eggplant and potato. The lady who did the refund for me didn't say sorry but instead she questioned me??? Out of the whole 42 dollars I spent, I was overcharged almost 10 dollars..

Wow! – I thought I would try out Harris Farm online as I was not busy at work and I usually shop at he Broaway store for fresh fruit and veg and all the cheeses!. for the cold items heat proof bags with actual frozen bags of ice inside to keep everything cold. I sat down to huge delicious lychees, blueberries, raspberries and fresh cream; pumpkin bread with real butter; ham off the bone with mustard and juicy vine rippened tomatoes. I ordered a lot more than this - but that was the highlight of shopping online at work (technically lunchbreak) having it delivered that night and not cooking. Now I will order online more as part of eating healthier this year. The fruit, and well everything, is so so much better quality than Coles and Woolies and I like that I am no longer supporting these chain stores and supporting local people and produce.

me and called me if there was any substitutions they needed to make in case of stock-outs. Not only that, I live in an area where it's impossible to park, yet the drivers have been incredibly considerate and helpful, even offering to risk a ticket to help me carry my boxes upstairs. Another thing I love is that they recycle the produce boxes and don't unnecessarily bag up produce for delivery so my house isn't filled with plastic bags. Never once have they missed the 1 hour window and considering my area that is incredibly impressive. I'm moving my weekly shop to online from now on. fast, easy, excellent selection, helpful staff and so convenient

Generally good but Replacements weren't considered – Delivery person was lovely and apart from one replacement the order was fuss free. However the replacement of my selected bread rolls was not comparable. I ordered 24 small rolls for a children’s party and it was replaced by 12 of something else. Disappointed by this as it means I have to go shopping, removing the convenience of having it all arrive before the party.  Show details ·  1

mediocre – First order and delivery was 20mins late, a text message would have put my mind at rest. 1 x pomegranate and 1x packet sliders missing. The small bunch of watercress that arrived was in very poor shape and after reviving only 2/3 is useable.

It has all been a bit of a learning curve and that is the time spent online feels unfruitful (pun intended).

Other items such as pumpkin and watermelon are fresh albeit small in size. It would have been better to have these labelled as such then additional purchase could be made.

All other items purchased are fresh and good.

I will need to consider before choosing to using the service again...

Exceptional! – I have always loved HF and am a regular at their Broadway store and it gives me a "farmers' market vibe" in a shopping centre! The quality of produce is exceptional. I recently tried their online order and was not disappointed at all. Despite the terrible cold, the delivery guy was on time and everything was immaculate including the Canadian Salmon that was brought from the Sydney Fish markets!  Show details ·  1

Always polite delivery guys, however a few items were damaged – The delivery was on time despite the crazy weather today. However 3 items burst in the cool bag and it was all over the plastic bag holding them. Harris farm has been prompt in following up. Service recovery was excellent and commendable. first delivery, wont be the last – I have shopped in store previously, but found my local store to be a bit too cramped for my liking (and in a basement car park) so I thought I'd give delivery a shot and I wasn't disappointed. The same great produce, picked well, and access to all the in season offers and imperfect produce. I did make a few mistakes on my numbers... any good recipes for apples and avocados?? Good selected produce promptly delivered to door step – The produce is fresh and delivered promptly by friendly staff. I am currently on crutches and the people are ever so friendly in delivering my goods to my kitchen bench top even offering to unpack for me.  Show details ·  1

software is top notch - delivery was exactly when it was supposed to be after the notification.

My only suggestion would be to substitute instead of refund - the brand of Fresh Yogurt I chose was not available. A replacement from a different brand would have been better than none. But a minor quibble.

All the produce was very fresh and boxed well.

Great service. Beats the big supermarkets hands down! – I just received my 2nd Harris Farm home delivery and am loving the service. days in advance! The quality of the produce picked is fantastic and am able to choose the full range of products as I would in-store. The delivery drivers are great too, and being able to track the delivery driver down the minute he arrives is a great added bonus. Will definitely continue to use this service!

Great service and great price! – My first online grocery order, so I put my list together and shopped online at Woolworths and Harris Farm to compare. Harris Farm came out $5 cheaper including delivery on a $92 order. Also check out their Love Local campaign - genuinely supporting Australian farmers and making a great contribution to reducing the environmental impact of our food production and transportation. First experience was a bit wobbly but I would use you again – The driver was an hour early and I wasn't home so he rang me and we agreed to leave it behind the door. Wish there was one closer but I happily travel to it – I love the quality, the variety and the value. I especially love the ability to buy "blemished" fruit at a discount because it still tastes good but is not going to waste and it saves me money. I have been shopping at Harris Farm, firstly at Parramatta and then at Merrylands and occasionally at Bathurst, for 8 years. Fabulous - quick, great variety, next to no plastic – I ordered in the morning and my veggies, dairy and meat arrived early afternoon. I love that there was next to no plastic and that the guy delivering the order was happy to take the boxes they delivered them in, back. So easy.  Show details

Reasonable but good quality – the meat price is pretty good and quality is also good. The staff is so attentive and happy to go shopping there. My daughter enjoys free Fruits for kids and she stays her pram happily with them, so I can look around the store:)  Show details

some work on butchery, prepacked deli items & baked goods, including product range, pricing & shelving/display. Canned goods area & dairy, frozen goods area all need better lighting & floor treatments to make floors level & non-slip. I have a mobility problem & these details matter v much to me.

week. I always buy the Australian grown in-season fruit whenever possible as I don't believe we need to import our fruit and veges from overseas. This is important to me. I also often purchase produce from the deli and the meat and dairy section of the store. The Imperfect picks are also great value and a great way to save a few dollars but still get good fruit and veges.

The service I receive both instore and at the checkouts is always friendly and helpful which makes Harris Farm one of my favourite shops. I'll keep shopping at Harris Farm.
