price.It really worries me the amount of people Daily who would not think to check their receipt at Harris farm paying above the advertised price. It really is appalling

Too long waiting on a queue – Although the produce is great. I had to wait 15 minutes on a line to be served with only 3 young people at the registers. Need more staff in peak times.

Bad customer support – They swapped my order with someone else's and are not reachable to discuss the order. The phone number says is unavailable and there's no other contact to deal with order issues.

Check receipts – I have noticed that about 50% of the time there is at least one price discrepancy at checkout compared to signage for fruit/veges. As a regular shopper I am now demanding receipt and check prior to departing store. I then have to wait to receive a refund. Note, every occasion has been an overcharge, not undercharge. my time with no consequence to Harris farm as I end up paying the correct price. I am writing tonight as it happened yet again (grapes were charged at $6.99 rather than $5.99). I am now checking frequency or errors more accurately for statistical purposes. Customers, you have been warned…….

They fixed and personalized my issues. Most grateful – My order came with a bag missing, the most expensive items of course. The online stock doesn't match instore items either. When you can't drive its so frustrating for this to occur.

Top quality produce and meat for the same or less than the supermarkets – It has blown me away that in the post-COVID world I can shop at Harris Farm and get food of a significantly better quality than at Woolies or Coles for ABOUT THE SAME PRICE! Food quality is SO IMPORTANT to your health and Harris Farm has it. The top quality at Harris Farm means it is hard to go wrong and in particular the meat is excellent. The seafood is good too, but a bit overpriced. I only buy my seafood there in a pinch. But the meat, the fruit, the veggies - it's excellent and well priced.

Honestly, if I win lotto I'm just going to go into Harris Farm and buy a whole store.

Turkey was old – The Turkey that we had been waiting for was frozen and thawed and the meat was old, making it quite unedible.

Nicely presented store – The layout is a little confusing and the glass fronted cabinet with large slabs of hanging meat very confronting but otherwise a well stocked and well presented store.

Great selection and nice layout – Our family loves the drummyone harris farm, the setup is very nice and almost always has fresh produce and nice bakery options. The pizza shop inside it is also great and very handy

No more HARRIS farm for me !!! – Use to shop here but not anymore. They have really gone down hill and the fresh produce is not as fresh . I found quality fresh produce at ALDI for much cheaper prices.

What a great place for coffee, meal or shopping – A great experience. The girl behind the bar so courteous. Nice things to buy off the shelf too. Everything clean and fresh.

Cheating stuff!!!!! – Very bad stuff, I was purchased the cooked lobster, the stuff was nicely to ask you to clean and cut half that, but when I back home to open, they didn’t gave me that was I pick, they cheated me and gave me since like a yesterday left over and still have frozen ice on it.

Overcharge for product – I purchased 2kg of premium Hallmark cherries in Drummoyne store which cost $65 - $32.50/Kg I then found the same 2Kg box cherries in Martelli's in Cherrybrook for $45 - $22.50/Kg Even better was a 5kg box of Premium Hallmark from Figtree Fruit shop in Lane Cove for $60 - $12/Kg Talk about price gouging

Generally good but pricey – I enjoy shopping at Drummoyne - always an interesting an vibrant experience espcially with the other food stores located within. Not cheap, very expensive at times but the produce is slightly better.  Show details ·  1

Food came at 10.30pm – Glad to get our food but it came at 10.30pm when it was supposed to come between 4-9pm. This isn’t really acceptable as who wants to unpack groceries at that hour. We also have a newborn who was sleeping so really not ideal.  Show details

Cannot believe just how amazingly fresh Harris Farm produce is, every single time - how do they do i – Wonderful produce, great value, I love that it is also supporting Aussie farmers, Harris Farm really nail the superior excellence with a local face card. Delivered the wrong stuff – Ordered some drinks for a wedding and the wrong ones arrived. Not sure whether to now drive them back to change or just shop elsewhere. Don't rely on this service. And then on the second night, they tried to swap the incorrect goods but again delivered the wrong ones. Also the delivery man could not locate the correct building and I had to carry the goods up and down myself. Do not use Harris Farms online service!!!!!  Show details

Great Store Except For The Marketing Hype – Love the new Drummoyne store. Great range and good quality. have yet to see in this store; instead there are "Washed potatoes" and "Brushed potatoes" - no description, just like we would expect to see in Coles or Woolies!

Customer Service – Is always wonderful, every time i cannot find something, the staff are always willing to help. if they cannot find it themselves they find someone who does and i always get an answer if its unavailable or I'm taken to the location if it is or told the exact location on the shelving, Or they will grab it from out the back for me.
