rip off – How many times i have been charged the wrong price at this store is incredible,80% would be a kind percentage.They should not get away with this,always check your dockets.

Butcher's Bistecca T-Bone - Excellent Cut – This was an excellent cut of meat, a t-bone just over 1kg and about 2.5 inches thick, the fat-cap just right. Tender and flavoursome - if you have never done one, try it, you won't be disappointed. But do consult instruction on the proper method for Bistecca.

More respect for co-worker and customer in Fresh Meat/Butcher section – A regular customer at the Lindfield fresh Meats section every week. I was appalled with the lack of respect for the young Asian worker who was wrongly accused and abruptly met by his co-worker ( in his 50’s, caucasian), while choosing meat for me that he was being choosy after I commented that the last rib cut was mainly all bone with little meat.… Read more

Witnessing this as a customer was rude on his part and I feel this arrogant attitude must change. What was his problem for his behaviour?

Overcharged significantly – Three seperate charges on my statement, overcharged about 40 dollars. No reciept. These should always be given, not just offered.

Offensive Fish Smell – Nearly every Friday evening aroun 6.30 to 7pm we go to your store at Linfield to buy our weekly supply of fruit and vege to take home to the Central Coast. live so far away its the only time we get to go there. We spend an average of 250 to 300 dollars a week on your fruit and vegetables. I am sorry to complain but the smell is offensive. Thank you . KS

outstanding – in these time of corona virus the difference between ethical and caring stores and others really is evident. Harris Farm at Lindfield introduced shielded cashiers and no cash early in this pandemic, to reduce exposure to their staff, while customers had hand sanitiser at the store entry. washing stations at the entrance. Stocks of items are holding up, even canned food. By comparison the local Woolworths have done nothing about protecting staff or customers and most stocks are in short supply. Where there are restrictions on eg frozen veges, there are no signs and you dont find out until you reach the checkout. I will be shopping at Harris Farm from now on.
