1 Georgia D.  · Dreadful. HF food is highly processed, filled will emulsifiers (xanthan gum) and not organic or sustainably sourced. This company is a disgrace
1 Twiggy  · Massive Queues hardly any checkouts open Don't bother go to the other fruit shop
5 Giana B.  · Fresh stuff was good, but the aisles were a bit tight for a stroller. Kids enjoyed the free fruit though. Quick in and out.
5 Michelle O'Riordan  · Always so fresh. Huge variety and plenty of vegan products. The specials are excellent value. The staff are courteous and very helpful.
1 Jan T.  · Stupidity – Ordered ham for Xmas was sent bacon. Thank you. Xmas is off this year?
1 Annette Woodley  · A VERY POOR service – Most products not available for cost of delivery very poor

Wanted to pass on a HUGE thank you and appreciation to Blake who was working today, Thursday the 1/4/26. He was attending to my click and collect order and when I needed the last items to be done really quickly he was amazing! Harris Farm Lane Cove is my local and I genuinely love it, but I have to single out a team member named Zeron for going so far above and beyond. I was in a mad rush to get to my daughter's school musical and had picked up a gorgeous bunch of roses with coloured baby's breath. The flowers had been sitting in water and the bottom half had no… Read more

wrapping — which was a real issue, because we were giving them to one of the show's lead performers who wouldn't be finished on stage until 9pm. It was only 5:45pm, so those flowers needed to stay fresh and hydrated for over three hours before they'd even be received. The in-store florist had already packed up for the day.

Zeron didn't hesitate. He grabbed a freezer bag from the fruit section, filled it with water, wrapped the stems in tissue paper, used a rubber band to hold everything together, then wrapped the whole bunch in beautiful florist paper with a lovely tie to finish. It looked absolutely professional.

He was fast, warm, creative and calm under pressure. We made it to the show on time and the flowers were still gorgeous when presented after the performance. Zeron is a credit to the Lane Cove team. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible Service – I use the Bathurst IGA/ Harris farms regularly including early in the morning when there are few customers to more busy periods in the afternoon and evening. The service is consistently terrible. Constantly lined up waiting for staff, checkouts unattended or too few people at the express service aisle. The best evidence of the service failure is… Read more

that it does not matter what time of the day or the number of customers. Produce is fine if you don't mind waiting. Four years on no change in my experience

I was Shocked!! Caring for staff to minimise Carona and Hand Washing facilities as you Enter – Harris Farm management act FAST to show their geniune care for staff and customers. Within days they had installed transparent plastic screens at the counter to prevent their staff from getting coughed on. Then they make hand saniters everywhere with nice signage. But the best of all this morning I go in and find they have plumbed in water hand… Read more

washing stations at the entrance!!!! And then, as I'm leaving, I see they've hired extra staff to disinfect all the basket handles. They have calming music and a security guard to make sure the vulnerable shopper are looked after with trollies. WTH!?! Plus they have waaaay more stock on the shelves than coles or woollies. On top of that, the bakery section still cuts my bread with a smile. Why would I shop any where else?? Genuine thanks for taking the stress out of my shopping.

Another Harris Farm mistake – Once again We have been overcharged by HF Drummoyne. We bought the ‘odd’ lemons which we put in a coloured plastic bag so they’re distinguishable from the premium lemons. A difference in price of about $10.00. Yep … we were charged for the premium. If we had put the premium in the coloured bag and were charged the cheaper price we would be… Read more

committing a serious offence. I guess HF will say sorry and reimburse us the difference. I believe the locals are well aware that this is a common occurrence when shopping there.

Fresh Mushrooms? – We're shopping at Harris Farm for many years and are very happy with the range and quality of your products. There is one product however we have been disappointed now a few times and that's the packaged mushrooms. There is not "date of packaged" nor "use by date". With a packaged product it is very hard to tell the freshness of a product. We… Read more

Vermin are crawling through the fresh vegetables. I have been a daily customer for years. The new self-checkouts are great, but blinding lights have made seeing the rats crawling through the Bok Choy easy. I reported it to the manager, but he did not seem surprised. I won't be going back

Continue to sell stale food as fresh, today stale rolls, last week quinces all rotten when cut. This is a frequent experience at the Bowral store, they clearly couldn’t care less.

Follow-up  · These people are simply dishonest. Purchased bread today, didn’t feel fresh in the packet, asked the checkout person and she pointed to tomorrow’s date on the packet, which implied it was baked today. Got home , opened the bread , it was at least a day old and stale. They lie as a matter of policy and the dates on their produce are simply made up.

Follow-up  · Update on previous. Took stale bread back , they exchanged it for a loaf equally stale , and again with tomorrow’s date. These people are shameless shysters

Ordering from Harris Farms is easy and fun , they are great communicators and always try to fulfil the order. We am so grateful to have this service available. Thank you.

Amazing customer sadness among the Christmas madness – on possibly the busiest day of the Year, the staff were all under pressure with re stocking and over capacity store full of customers. And while my click and collect Order had been missed, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

Expensive, but good quality and variety – A little expensive for a supermarket, but sells a variety of products not sold in Coles and Woolworths. Seafood is definitely of a significantly higher quality than the big supermarkets. Good place to buy souvenirs that are not so conventional.

Food, staff and product gets 5 stars. I now only buy stuff from the big 2 that I can't get here, and I shop fresh, as needed, 2-3 times per week. Access gets 1 star, or none if available. The carpark is always choking full, often with a queue on the street. That's fine. BUT there is ZERO lockable parking for cyclists. I'm sure you and fellow… Read more

tenants lose trade because people can't get their cars into the carpark. I'm equally sure that cycle parking would encourage people to cycle in, AND increase access/trade, AND promote the eco-friendly mantra that you actually fail to promote on this count. 2 car bays would fit racks for about 16 bicycles. So - today I locked up on the pole between your shop and the coffee bar, after moving your stack of baskets into a car space cos that was the only available place to put them.

Extremely disappointed with Harris Farm. They’ve now introduced a $75 minimum spend for click & collect, and still have the audacity to charge a $5 service fee just to pick up your own groceries. This used to be a convenient and fair service, but now it feels like a cash grab. Terrible move that punishes loyal customers. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Poor form Harris Farm. Went to buy a watermelon this morning. They were $1.99 per kg. Even the young guy loading them onto the display said so. Cut watermelon, inside the store was $2.49 per kg. By the time I got to the checkout, they'd upped the price of the whole watermelon to $2.49 per kg! I didn't notice until I checked my receipt on the way… Read more

home because whilst it was a heavy watermelon, I thought it seemed more expensive. The store was chaotic due to Christmas so didn't think to check my receipt prior to leaving the store. But hey, that should not be on me. I bought the same watermelon two days ago for $1.99 per kg. I'm also a local who will be a repeat customer. Next time, if you're being opportunistic due to holiday periods, please up your signage prior to opening your store. Disappointed as I've been shopping at Harris Farm for 25 years.

I have shopped only 4 times at the new Harris Farm market in Westfield Miranda and 4 times I have experienced "incorrect" register scanning of prices - they are apparently not confined to "other" supermarket trading rules as Coles & W/worths? I go to my local (Cooks Hill) Harris farm market store to buy just a few specific things for myself. I have been doing this, probably for the last 2 years or so. It seems, almost more often than not, there is a "mistake" made at the checkout whereby I am overcharged. I usually shop there specifically for apples once every 2 weeks. This morning… Read more

I bought small pink lady apples. The sign/pricing clearly showed $7.99 per kilo. At the checkout they charged me $8.99 per kilo. I know from past overcharging to always check my docket when shopping at Harris Farm. Always get your docket & always check it.

I shop at Mosman nd cammeray nd would spent at least $900 per month. Today that was brought that to an end. I wanted to pay cash which was ok however the person took One mushroom out of my bag to balance the $$. If that is how Harris Farm teach their staff , well that did it for me.

I have tried calling 4 times to ask if they had 2 whole wheels of d'Affinois cheese in store but got the answerphone to be told the message bank is full. Produce is consistently terrible. They spray so much water over the vegetables that they will be bad by the time you get it home. Gave up buying sweet potatoes as the insides were so often mouldy. close.

They usually have long queues at their checkouts which is made more awkward by the lack of space in the store. The staff go barging around with their trolleys and the shoppers just have to get out of the way.

They do at least have a good bakery range and the Harris Farm butchery is better.

I have been hoping they leave the space for one of those great little independent grocers.

Went past to buy some flowers, waited outside whilst the lady at the flower wrapping station finished a bouquet. 5 mins into us standing there she flips the sign to say wrapping station closed. There were a few of us there. She just ignored anything we said. She was very rude. Wasn't near closing time or anything, was roughly 3:30pm.

Good points: lots of variety Bad points: run by unscrupulous scammers. In a shop with only nine items; 3 were much higher than the advertised price. Apparently this is a scam by Harris farms that the locals know about. Check all prices carefully
