I used to love Harvest Box but they have changed the proportion of the Almond Latte snack packs. Only 3 choc covered coffee beans, some almonds and lots and lots of raisins...not nearly as good. Perhaps we need to pay more for the original mix proportions.

Gone Downhill as weatherwarms up – Used to be fabulous, sealed snacking products - BUT not sure if its manufacturers error and/or Australia Post but melted clumps in every Power mix sachet. And they know the delivery trucks are NOT refrigerated and there was a recent heatwave?! They Won't refund or credit the 50% paid of $125 total only offered 20% off next spend if i spend %50 or more $$$ a bit insulting to our honesty and intelligence? Show details

Slack customer service and despatch times fib – Best to buy these directly from the supermarket or via Aussie Health Products (online) along with amazing other items not edible too. Promise to despatch 2-3 business days, says its on the way Australia Post says otherwise. I've sent emails of my concerns. If i don't have it by this Friday I want a refund and apology. Such a shame cos their actual food is okay or I wouldn't order it! Show details

very unprofessional – We were ordering snacks for the office. Over several months we had many various issues with overcharging, not delivering, poor customer service, mouldy products. I just got sick of it and cancelled it.

Avoid Harvest Box at all costs! – Avoid them at all costs. If you provide them your credit card details they will continue to charge you and send you boxes past the duration you intended to buy. They continue to charge every week. On their website there is nowhere to cancel the subscription only to cancel “future deliveries”. I will be writing a formal complaint to the Department of Fair Trading and the ACCC.

Cancel my account – I understand you have to ask for credit card details when making account, but when you make an account it automatically charges you before you get a chance to agree to your first order. And there is no where to cancel your full membership and account. I've heard bad reviews and heard about your crap customer service, so I'm not looking forward to… Read more

this. But I will constantly be on you until you just cancel my membership. I don't want to deal with your company. Sketchy and take your money and you cannot get out of it, they even say cancel at any time, and you CAN'T. Do not bother until they get their act together.

When it says ORDER CONFIRMATION and TRANSACTION NUMBER - they don't give you a transaction number.

Underwhelmed – So, $2 for a snack packet is pretty good if you're getting an uncommon variety of goodies and to be fair there were a couple of nice packs in my intro box, but really the portions are just TOO small. The Goji berry and dried banana one was pretty good and there was another one with white chocolate and apricot balls, but I struggled to see how… Read more

that is evern worth two bucks givne the size. The "Latin Swing" box is simply an insult to one's intelligence, a few almonds, macadamias and beer nuts!!!

Again it's not the content quality but the quantity I have a serious issue with.

Love Harvest Box! – I have received one box per week for the past three weeks and have found each snack to be delish. The mixes are colourful, fresh and tasty. The presentation is always great and the excitement of opening the box each week and discovering the new mixes makes the experience even better.

pricy but great sex appeal – Good marketing concept - suits those time-poor, grab & run type. At $50/kg compare with pick your own from $5 to $20/kg from health food shops.

Impressively presented snacking goodness – I just got my first Harvest Box and I'm impressed. I was a bit concerned when it arrived two days later than expected, but I'm inclined to suspect Australia Post is responsible for this. I just tried the breakfast bars and they were insanely good. When you consider there are four portions for $7.95, it's not expensive. Think of how many people… Read more

grab a snack in a work day that costs at least $2, not to mention how unhealthy a lot of 'convenience' foods are? This couldn't be more convenient. Convenient & healthy

Pleasantly Surprised – I'm not one to like a company sending me reoccurring deliveries so I opted to just risk it and purchase the superbox at $48. The delivery came quite quickly, I believe I ordered on a Thursday and the delivery came the following Tuesday. Within the box were 24 packages with 6 different types of fruit and/or nut combinations. At first i was a… Read more

little disappointed, I thought the packages in the Superbox looked quite small. However when i came to actually eat them I found it was the perfect amount for a snack between meals. I also found great the selection of dried fruit, seeds and nuts within the packages. In the morning I would grab a couple of the packages before work and be(as lame as that sounds) excited by the combinations I would find .

I would buy this product again, at approx $2 a package, it's not unreasonable pricing considering the combinations and its great to stop you snacking on greasy food or chocolate bars. Great fruit and nut combinations Rather then 4 sets of the same type of fruit/nut packages in the Superbox, it would have been nice to recieve sets of 2 so I could try a larger selection of their products. I do, however believe you can email them upon ordering and ask for specific selections.

Love Harvest Box – I love receiving these in the mail! They are perfect SNACK size, these are not meant to be meal sized.. I have always received my deliveries on time, emails if my payments have not gone through and have not been charged for items that haven't been received. All in all my experience has been excellent and I'd definitely recommend to my family and friends. Excellent variety, good value for money

Love it. Look forward to the delivery – The box arrives on time. The portion sizes are perfect. I dont understand why people would say this product is over priced. The whole box is $7.95. That's less than $2 per portion and I can only eat 1 or 2 per day. A chocolate bar costs more than that.

Paid... and never received our delivery! – My work collegue and I purchased a Harvest Box each. We waited all day on the specified delivery day, and nothing ever came. We are both disappointed and needless to say- have cancelled subsequent orders so that we are not charged each week for nothing. We have contacted customer service but have not received a reply as yet. Paid for nothing.

Avoid Harvest Box intro pack offer ...never arrives – I purchased a few intro offer vouchers through living social Purchased, paid for....and nothing.... Frequent enquiries to their office...with the same generic response..not actually answering , trying to fulfill the order. So much for attempts to go healthy They could learn a lot from companies like Dominoes about customer service

The box is so tiny, so small for this money – Maybe it is testy, but the box is too small! Really small! Like a post card. Maybe because of this - you could not find the weight of it anywhere. Also, the company put pending transaction and holding your money for a long time even after you cancel all future deliveries. I bought this box at Scoopon for $1, but the company holding $7.95 of my… Read more

money for 9 days already! Wow, it is crazy! I sent them 3 letters and every time they are telling me that it is ok and they will not charge me. But they are still holding my funds like a pending transaction in my bank. I bought 1 box to try for $1 so why they are holding $7.95 all this time?

Tiny, small. Pending transaction for the future even you are not going to buy it.
