Beat around the bush - NO actual answer given – Purchased a tablet online, paid for it and then about an hour later got an email saying they had cancelled the order and would refund the money in approximately 3 days. No actual reason given why it was cancelled, the store in question had the item in stock and there was no problem with paying as they took the actual money from the card given. Wrote to them, general enquiries referred me to Security, they quoted a section of their policy but still didn't give explanation as to why action taken. Went to store (1.5 hours drive away from home to purchase the actual item instore), asked for discount because of run around, they said they can't do so but security can provide something. all they have given so far is run around
