Had technical glitch with my Haval . Took it to G W S HAVAL . The service was amazing and the staff had the problem sorted in no time at all, the staff I must say in there service department were excellent
Haval H6 issues – This junk seized up FOUR times in the first week of ownership with less than 100km on the odometer. Twice were in heavy pre-christmas traffic. surprisingly the vehicle broke down again an hour later in a busy shopping center, with the same fault. It then required a tow back to the dealer who eventually identified an electrical problem which they repaired, returning it to me with "a120% guarantee". Surprise, but the vehicle locked up again the next morning with a flat battery. I then refused to accept this new car back, as I considered it unsafe and not fit for purpose. How can I safely and reliably drive the vehicle intrasrate pursuing my hobbies? The dealer is still refusing to cancel the sale after three weeks and I have elevated the matter to Haval HO, who have yet to resolve the matter.
Worse service ever to purchase a car – Unfortunately I brought a haval h2 from this company that i found online. They were super helpful on the phone. I was told that I had to drive back and get the spare key another day. I explained to the person I live 1.5hrs away can someone else collect this on my behalf he said yes. My sister went to collect the key and they told her they need the car to activate the spare key. So my brother took the car the following week as I was at work. He waited over 2.5 hrs then was told we can't do it you need the code from your sister. I told him all the papers are in the glove box and i was never given a code. They gave him the empty spare key and said go to albion Park it's closer get them to call HO and get the code. Went to Albion Park Haval and 1.5hrs later they couldn't do anything either. Apparently I have to contact Haval HO myself. Tried to call so many times even emailed them, no reply or feedback. So now I tell everyone i know to never purchase a Haval car. The lack of customer service and knowledge their employees have on their business is ridiculous. All I needed was a code for a spare key which I still don't have. How hard is it for their employees to contact their HO for this so called code or for HO to reply to my email
Terrible service attitude – so, after 3 years, the car develops a fault with battery warning light flickering. being near the dealer I purchased it off I dropped in and told they could not diagnose for at least a week, they said mostly battery problem. seriously, a warranty issue and they cant look at it because others are paying for services so they get priority? called… Read more
around some say drop it off and maybe in a week they will look at it so no car for a week, or min 2 weeks away, one wouldn't even look at it because I did not buy it off that dealership. Off to a trusted auto electrician, they said it is more likely the alternator, as the battery was bulging and not under warranty I purchased a new one and of course fault still there. Haval has no interest in warranty repairs not repeat business if this is their attitude, as no I am told to keep driving and if it breaks down then call road assist to get it towed - very smart - so if it caused more damage than it has, it is not my liability or fault - hey ACCC how about pulling these importers into line? - ##update... it shutdown while driving flattening battery. Nearly crashed with little control, so now being towed to dealer and waiting to see if their priority is better...
