Scammer alert – Similar to previous reviewer, paid securely with Apple Pay to then receive an email that as a “first time customer” to send a photo of my ID and credit card to “verify” payment. Don’t respond and avoid these scammers at all cost.
Asked me to send photo of my credit card to complete order – HealthPost put my order on hold and asked me to send a photo of my credit card to "prove my identity", which is not only a huge pain in the neck, but also is a breach of PCI compliance. Avoid at all costs.
Purchased refunded without explanation – I have successfully purchased before. Service was OK. My last purchase was refunded after a week without any explanation. Service needs to improve.
Very happy with Healthpost – During the last few years, I have purchased a number of products from Healthpost. They have lots of products I haven't seen anywhere else and the shipping is reasonable. One of the products I use a lot (some relatives told me about it) is the Tui warming balm, for aches and pains. The Healthpost people donate something from each sale to charity… Read more
(you get the choice, at checkout, of two different charities). One order did not arrive; they were nice about it and they replaced it straight away. No complaints about them, so far, and I recommend them.
