Quick and easy - great service. I ordered my products early one afternoon and had them the next day - I don’t live in a central metro area so was pleasantly surprised when I received notification products had been delivered. To early to comment on effectiveness of products but the quality and packing all seem very good. Was easy to order so a happy customer so far.
Love that bulk nutrients is a Tasmanian brand , just like me! Use the thermowhey and collagen in my smoothies, snack on the delicious protein bars, take the joint powder and now trialling the Berberine tablets! Shipping is fast and I find they are great products!

I decided to buy the meal replacements, Thermowhey and protein water.
Each product tastes amazing, the consistency is so smooth and have absolutely no chalky, powdery or gluggy texture to them whatsoever which is a huge relief as this is a massive positive for me when choosing products as it makes it much easier and more enjoyable to consume and that is what will definitely keep me as a repeat customer.
The meal replacements keep me full and I love the added collagen to the protein water.
I really love that these are paired with water, it feels lighter and much more hydrating which is excellent and if I wasn't making them myself you wouldn't really know it's water because the flavour and texture is just that good.
I've been using these products for almost a week and the scales are already showing positive changes.
I am very happy with the products I have tried so far and will absolutely continue to purchase from Bulk Nutrients, these products will now be a new staple in my home.

First paid a premium for a brand stamped creatine. Then figured out bulk nutrients creatine is just as good, just for a lot less. Easy website, good range, not too much choice which is good (for the easily overwhelmed mind, great!) and easy to find what I need. I have already suggested Bulk Nutrients to a bunch of friends. Follow-up · I mix 1 scoop each of sugar free Raw Rice and Pea protein powder with handful of blueberries. a small banana, minor squeeze of honey and a small shake of cinnamon and nutmeg, 1/2 cup pure almond milk and 1/4 cup water. Mixes very easily with an electric stick mixer and tastes great. Only use Raw as all the others are far too sweet!

1 scoop WPC, 1 scoop micellar casein powder (anchor for dairy-like white opacity and heat stability), 2 scoops unflavored collagen peptide powder (optional), pinch salt, 1 TBS allulose to mimic lactose sweetening, pinch baking soda (essential to buffer coffee acidity), Water (split into warm 300ml and cold 400ml). Instructions: Because Micellar casein is highly hydroscopic it requires more water during initial phase to hydrate properly without it turning into glue. The warm water helps ensure the dairy fat in the cream does not clump like butter. This recipe also does not need xanthan gum or other binders to help emulsify the cream and water. Step1 Casein Hydration: add cream, 300 ml lukewarm water, M Casein, WPC, collagen, allulose, baking soda, and salt into nutri-bullet or blender. Bend on high for 45 seconds to ensure all powders are hydrated. It will look like a very rich cream base with no lumps. Step 2 Water down: Add remaining 400ml cold water and pulse 5 seconds max. Transfer to bottle or storage and rest in fridge for 15-20 minutes before using to allow it to "set" its milk structure. If you microwave this "milk" (maybe with your scoop of micronized Creatine), for a flat white or use an electric stick frother to make a cappuccino - it will still hold its creamy structure without filming or splitting. It has a smooth velvety mouthfeel that actually tastes like full cream dairy milk and colors your coffee like milk. Why both proteins matter: Whey alone makes the milk too thin and watery. Casein alone can make it too chalky or pudding-like. Combining them in the above ratios with the cream yields the perfect consistency and taste combination without it tasting like a protein shake. A true winner. Calories ~120, Fat 8.5g, Carbs ~1g. Protein 9.4g.

Quality of products has always been exceptional. Unfortunately, their constant price increases has left a sour taste in my mouth and I’ve been forced to source an alternative supplier elsewhere. They are no longer value for money and refuse to recognize this as a problem. A 10 year loyal customer now purchasing Musashi products from chemist warehouse.
The products are great, normally it’s delivered with 48 hours, sometimes 72. My last order took a week to arrive and I had to buy additional supplements from my local shop to bridge the gap. I’ll keep buying it but I’ll allow additional delivery time so I don’t run out again.
The price keeps going up significantly every couple months for the same products. Creatine is now almost 50 whilst 3 or so years ago it was less than half the price. Same with protein. Disgusting greed. Maybe stop paying brand ambassadors, that way you’ll keep prices reasonable.

packaging, the representative (Jacob) was dismissive of this being the issue, and was quite condescending in his response. Rather than validating a routine quality control query, he accused me of simply "not liking the flavour profile," and patronisingly offered to send it to QC if I really wanted to. Jacob also suggested I just keep this bag of vanilla flavour and mix my own coffee in there to make it taste like coffee! My response: if I’m spending $80 on a PREMIUM product, that claims to taste like coffee, I shouldn’t have to add my own coffee, to make it taste like the label states! Like, what?!
To this I pretty much got a corporate shrug and a “too bad, so sad” dead end response. I expressed my frustration further at his cold, corporate responses, to which his absolute peak of customer retention model was an insulting $9.00 shipping credit to go and repurchase an entirely new flavour out of my own pocket!
I kindly declined the credit and have moved my business over to VPA Australia, who actually back their products with a full money-back flavour guarantee or replacement!
