focus is on keeping products affordable. I really like how you put your budget towards making your products affordable by doing your spend and save offers and reward programs instead of spending it on influencer deals and big advertisements. As a consumer I find it hard to trust brands who have big influencers doing collaborations and ads as to me I get the vibe that it’s just a money grab where as for you guys I feel as if you are genuinely in it for the consumer.

I really like how educational and beginner friendly the information and descriptions on your website are. For example your FAQs on your website. Especially your explanation on the differences between whey isolate and whey concentrate- I found it super helpful when choosing between the two as someone who was relatively new to supplements. I have never seen any other brand do that. The descriptions are so educational I even felt educated enough to try a new supplement solely based on the information in your website. I added creatine to my latest order - I’m excited to try!

Another win is that your proteins come with a scoop!

Only negative feedback would be that there is no option for free shipping on larger orders like other brands offer. Also as you are based in Tasmania it takes a longer to receive my order than if I were to order from somewhere else. Taking into consideration you guys are a smaller business the pros outweigh the cons therefore I am happy to pay for shipping and wait a little longer for my order because I really do enjoy the products and have made multiple orders now.

Also disappointing that the prices are increasing, especially because your products were so affordable but I do appreciate that you announced the change and provided an explanation and a chance for customers to stock up while the prices are cheaper unlike others who will hike up the price without saying anything.

Also only other thing is that I wish you could redeem multiple whey coop points at once.

I cannot wait for my order to arrive tomorrow in the mail. I am very excited to try the Vanilla Natural WPC. Very reasonable pricing for a grass fed whey and will be excellent for my gut health with the natural sweetener also. Absolutely stoked.

nutrients are great to pop in a drink when you already have an overload of daily capsules. I have taken many other brands over the years and I’m confident that Bulk Nutrients are of above average quality.

They were extremely thick & very dry as well as having a weird grainy like texture & they also had a weird off putting taste & even smell bad too!!! I tried to mix some with milk & added an egg & a little margarine to the batter to see if it'd help a bit? But unfortunately it didn't improve them at all & they still are extremely dry & too thick & taste horrible!!! They are inedible & sadly BN won't provide a return shipping label so I have to pay to return them so beware!!!

Note: I bought both flavours & both were absolutely disgusting & my reviews are still pending on their website so it looks like they may not allow them to be published on their site because they wouldn't want you to know how horrible these pancakes really are & what a bad experience I had dealing with them!!! - I had to pay to return all the unused packs of them & now I'm still waiting for a refund but it's shocking how they told me I am responsible to pay to return this joke of a product because I changed my mind but honestly I can't eat them without feeling sick!!! So I had to pay more just to return these awful protein pancakes back to them!!!

Be careful because they will blame you for not wanting to consume these awful tasting products which I think are inedible for anyone who has working tastebuds!!!
