Undisclosed subscription trap. I bought something and they keep sending the same order every month. I asked them to stop and they did a refund for the second order but then they did it again next month even though I told them I don't want a subscription. This has taken a lot of time to sort out and and is super annoying. They keep debiting my credit card for over $400.

free bag as a trial, but I entered into a subscription and asked my son to get me the years worth special they were having for Christmas. I feel fantastic! I’ve made a few changes in my lifestyle. I also added AgeMate which is an NAD supplement. I take the colostrum every single day. I’ve been taking it probably for six months now and everything has improved! I felt bad they didn’t have any good reviews so I thought I should share my experience. Everyone called it a scam. It’s not a scam! I got all my products and I’ve had very good results. It’s a shame that eight people wrote scathing reviews and lied and said it was a scam and none of the people who had positive experiences did reviews. I hope this helps. I like your product.

Scam scam scam do not Order the send fake tracking and it stays in Lithuania and then they say they can only refund when it gets back to them pretending to be from elsewhere.

This company is a scam! I ordered once & they forced me to a 14month subscription. DONT BUY FROM THEM & SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Multiple emails with no answers other than my order is being processed by the United States Customs. Do not base your beliefs with their customer reviews as they are FAKE. The company is from Lithuania and is a complete SCAM.

Would not recommend at all - terrible experience and I'm out of pocket a couple hundred dollars.

most frustrating is the complete lack of visibility on where the product is in transit. There seems to be no reliable tracking, and no firm answers on when I can expect delivery.

For a health-focused company, I expected better logistics and communication. I hope Healthletic seriously reviews how their shipping and tracking systems are managed — this experience has made me hesitant to order again.
