I ordered a watch and after a week it stopped charging. I contacted customer support and they requested a 12 sec video showing me pushing the button with the watch being on charge. My email would only send a 10 sec long video so I sent that but that wasn't good enough for them so basically bad luck for me. I have done my money. There was no option of me returning it unless they had a 12Sec video. Never again! Don't buy one. Show details
Watch keeps time well however as a health monitor its junk – Watch was ordered Mid December 2024 and arrived from O/S before Christmas 2024. Watch appearance looks good and it keeps time accurately however that is all it does accurately. I purchased the watch to monitor my health however the monitoring functions are useless. than 88%. Which matches what my doctors measure at their surgery. Blood glucose monitor is always way off reading both high and low. If more than 1mmol/L off the watch returns the Calibration reading I put into the accompanying Phone App days before. Pressure monitor is never close to what I read with Upper Arm Cuff. Body Temperature always reads 1-2 degrees low. Heart Rate never matches what it shows on my other instruments

Don't buy a Healthwatch – My Healthwatch stopped working about 6 weeks ago . Its less than 6 months old . Outlandish misrepresentation – We purchased this product for our daughter who is an international level swimmer It claims to be waterproof IP68, to monitor sleep, and a number of other body functions. The product when delivered says not to use in water, the sleep function does not work and many of the features do not exist or work Do not buy this product under any circumstances
