Great value and performance – I've used this cooker for over 2 years and love it. The inner pot has lost its finish but have been able to buy another from Lenox. Bought from Kogan Show details

Love It So Far – Absolutely love this cooker and only used it twice so far. Slow cooks and pressure cooks perfectly. Easy to set going by pressing just two buttons. Looked complicated in the shop but after reading the instructions from the book at home, it could not be simpler. Rang Lenoxx to order a spare seal just in case I could not get one if needed later… Read more

on and spoke with Elise who went out of her way and told me a few pointers to do and she was nothing short of brilliant. Exactly what you should get for customer service. I purchased mine from Harris Skarf.

Rubber on the lid deteriorated only in 1 year of usage, dont know who should i contact for lid replacement – I bought this product seems ok in the first usage. Close to 1 year i find steams come out from lid and generate loud sound hiss from the pot. It is very bad product. I tried to find customer service for this product cant find them Show details

Great machine works well, Value $$$ – For the price this machine is a slow cooker and pressure cooker. Only thing I would change is the time you can pressure cook for. Ie longer for broths. Great machine though. Show details

Terrible experience – I used this pressure cooker for the first time the day after it was delivered. It actually cooked really well, but during the cooking process a large dent appeared in the stainless steel body of the cooker. I don't know if this means it is dangerous but I would be worried to use it again and anyway it looks really unsightly. I contacted the… Read more

Lennox (importer) service dept who responded quickly initially saying someone would contact me . Since then I have had no contact and despite emails and phone calls still nothing. Not sure what to do next but this is terrible customer service so probably best to avoid their products it seems.

Enjoying this product – Since receiving this item I’ve pressure cooked, slow cooked, steamed, cooked rice and soup in it! I am happy with this multi cooker. The instruction manual is a tad outdated though and found that I had to google some functionality. Also the inner pot is starting to lose its nonstick feature. Apart from that I’m enjoying this pressure cooker which I got from Catch at a decent price. Show details

Inner Pot let down – I'm an experience pressure cooker user having had Tefal and Breville units. The one from Healthy Choice is on par except for the quality of the inner pot. Although it is suppose to be non-stick I find that food tend to stick on especially when making beef stew This is even worse as my other well used cooker does not have the problem. Show details

Good and great value for money, but instruction manual is lacking – Has been pretty good and great value for money, but the instruction manual is somewhat unclear. For example, do the Light/Standard/Strong settings affect the pressure, or do they only affect the cooking time? Show details

Pressure Cooker – Excellent value for this pressure cooker. This is a very easy to use and reliable pressure cooker that can also be used as a slow cooker if needed, so you have the best of both. Show details

Easy quick and Nutritious meals – I made stir fry from recipe book and it has turned out more like RISOTTO, but delicious. This Healthy Choice Pressure Cooker is going to be my new best friend. Show details

Wonderful and simple – Easy to use and easy to learn. Softens everything, love cooking rice with it and vegan "beef stews" as everything is juicy and tender. Makes amazing soups and gravies too!  Show details
