Would just like to say that the new add is spectacular and so true don’t care if I eat the bread or not but that’s the first thing I do when I get home
Why the ..... did they change the pumpkin seed bread. It was hard to find before being so popular. Now with the new and improved nonsense it's terrible. Falls apart, no body to it and goes mouldy in a couple of days. Well done helgas Show details
Helgas bread – This bread don't buy this crap undercooked bread. It's mushy and it tastes like cardboard box.
Plastic found in a slice of bread – I found a piece of plastic inside a slice of bread, they offered me $20.00 Show details
Worst bread – Its the worst bread to buy, its crumbly after a day,the crust comes off the bread while its still in the packet has holes in it, hard to butter, and goes mouldy after a day, will NOT be buying this bread again Show details
Terrible – Bread quality has dropped, fluffy with holes. I noticed Helgas bread goes mouldy quicker. Tip top last for 1 week.
Terrible – I got wholemeal wraps from Woolworths today. And this is how it is. Show details
poor quality – The marketing and packaging is good but unfortunately the bread does not live up to mark
The goodness is all gone – Whatever the updated marketed term "now softer" has absolutely ruined the light rye Show details
good but expensive now – price went up also it went from 800gms to 720 now Need to find a new cheaper brand.
Where did the pumkin seeds go? – The last few times I have bought this product I have noticed a change in formula, freshness and volume. Also where are the Pumkin seeds? The count is by far fewer. I have loved this bread but am now on the hunt for a new one. Very disappointing, I really miss the pumkin seeds. Show details
Yum 5 stars to Helgas – Most lovely fresh bread. Really turned off Abbotts bread. Gone smelly and doughy. Just loves Helgas fresh sour dough bread. Lovely bread all round.
Worst then a $1.00 bread – Not good at all. Not worth of $4.20. Need lot of improvement. Used to good before but now the quality is worst.

Start sealing your product – I want to eat fresh.you need to package maybe two wraps at the most. I throw your product away, don’t buy till you get with the program. I want individual wrapping.
Helga's Soy and Linseed Gluten free – I have been buying this bread for over 3 years but in the last month it has been really bad because it has hole in it not nice when you have jam on it love the bread but if it keeps happening I will change brands Show details
Best Proprietary bread on the market – I love Helga's bread, not just because of the great taste and wholesome ingredients, but also because it stays fresh for days and days. Great range in the Helga's and its always so soft and never dry. Buttercup, you've got a winner there. Well done.
Named wrongly said tradional white bread – Product said white bread, but on the back in small writing it says it has added rye. If l eat rye l get itchy. Not happy l rang they did not care. Very poor response. Will never buy Helga's bread every again. Show details
Helgas Pumpkin Seed & Grain 720g disappointing, has the formula changed? – If you like a bread resembling soft white bread with just a few scattered grains of pumpkin seed then this will appeal. I recall buying this loaf in the past, it seemed more substantial and the pumpkin seed count seemed to be much higher. All I can say is that I found the current version very disappointing but try it, you may like it.
All I ever wanted in a bread! – Loved the flavour, low GI, fibre, low fat, size of slice - everything! Liked all the variety but came back to the wholegrain mostly. BUT - it always walked off the shelves in my local supermarkets, almost took to stalking the delivery man so I could be first there abut supplies slowly dribbled and now I can never find. Haven't had any now for three to four weeks. The other Helga's breads, whilst nice just don't cut it.
OK – what a shame one of the nicest and highest fibre breads has lowered it's fibre content to resemble most other breads on the market. not only does it taste great but it used to have an extra incentive to buy it as it had such an impressive fibre content.i still love this bread but unfortunately I will be on the hunt for that elusive fibre. i… Read more
absolutely loves this bread and i don't ever get bored with the taste as i do with other grain breads!! big plus the fibre content of 9.4g per 2 slices or 13.6g per 100g of bread. my doctor put me onto this as I was needing more fibre in my diet. the extremely disappointing thing is i dont think many people have realized that around feb 2011 when the new packaging came out the fibre content also changed it went down to 5.9g per 2 slices or 8.5g per 100g of bread.
Excellent – A really delcious bread range. It's soft, great tasting and good for you. I usually wait until they are on special - 2 for a certain price - and buy two different flavoured loaves. I love the pumpkin seed variety as it's got crunch to it. Well worth the money.
Good – I really like the pumpkin seeds variety the best. I even have it for dinner if there isnt anything else around. There are a few pumpkin seeds sprinkled in each slice along with some other little seeds too. It tastes great toasted and really fills me up. Overall, I will keep buying this one until I get sick of eating it regularly. I bought these… Read more
because they were on special and I liked the look of the bread. As usual with all of Helga's breads, they have a white dusting of flour on top of the loaf and they are large sizes too. A little expensive, but I have noticed that supermarkets have an offer buying 2 and saving some money. These breads are seeded, so you really do have to chew a bit, so they may not suit someone with sensitive dental issues who wants a softer bread.
Good – I bought this bread to try something different and now i'm hooked! It tastes fantastic and the seeds are like little flavour explosions in your mouth! Best bread i've tasted yet! Different packaging, great taste, sooooo many seeds, good for you The bag tie is hard to get on/off, expensive
