I cant change the temperature on this model, and doesnt have the manual. Anyone know how? the temperature is sitting at 30, after I lower the number, it will back to 30 automatically, why?

Joy It may be an air conditioner and not an evaporative cooler If it an air conditioner, then you may have to drain the water but not add any (Like the split systems you see in houses). Evaporative coolers use the water mist to cool you down
The importing company did have a website and help line

Heller 15000BTU portable air conditioner require window kit and if so how long is tube

How do you put water into this cooling unit ?
If it is the same unit that we purchased, then it is an air conditioner and not an evaporated cooler (ie: does not use water to cool the air temperature down). Check the Heller website or help line as I think there was a manual available.
How do you fill up the water?
