Helmetkarts

Ordered parts and a couple of weeks later finally had contact that one was out of stock. Requested a different item and they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. I've tried to contact multiple times without a single response. Knee jerk reaction to send the remaining parts to me across 2 packages but i'm still missing the 1 part, and haven't had any communication to say where it's at or send the alternative i've requested. Give them a miss if you plan to actually receive what you pay for, not worth the hassle.

Helmet Karts was efficient, fast, helpful and accomodating when we were purchasing our buggy. We were happy with the product and the service. It wasn’t until 12 months later when we required a new clutch ($300) that we experienced the terrible customer service. They were impossible to contact, did not respond to messages and once the part was paid for and ordered, it was not posted. I chased them up 10 days later as there was zero communication. The employee had gone on holidays and failed to post. We are still waiting to hear what is happening with the part. I don’t recommend buying from them as any dealings after the sale may be difficult.

Awesome! Great service & Products – We have used Helmetkarts many times and have always found them to be super customer focussed and worry free. Had one small problem once but it was dealt with promptly and easily for us. No other company in AU have the same vehicles and offer a wider range of spare parts.
