Terrible service – We are a professional family who has chosen to rent while we wait for our house to be built nearby. We pay $450 per week for our home and have been treated like dirt our entire tenancy! We have been treated like 2nd rate citizens by an 18 year old girl who still lives at home with her parents. our lease and the owners of our home are going to be left with no tenants in a slow market.
When we moved in it took us 4 weeks to view the property as they were not 'showing' it, all the while the price started at $500 per week and dropped $20 per week until we saw it! We offered the owners more per week as we felt it was worth more and knew the price had been dropping. They lie to cover their mistakes and do not report requests to owners (like the hot water not working for 2 weeks)
My advice go to a bigger brand who have expectations of their staff and treat people with basic level respect!
Unprofessional, Rude, Condescending, Disrespectful, Untruthful, Unreliable (need I go on?)
