OK but maybe my problems were too much for it! – I had major milk supply issues in the beginning and was recommended these. I took them for about a week before i noticed a slight difference. Mind you I had to go on Motilium so clearly I had some serious supply issues! So perhaps these would work for some and not others. It's natural, and I always like to try a herbal supplement first before going for a prescription item (if appropriate) Nothing really. It's quite expensive but there are cheaper prices online. It didn't fix me completely but then again maybe nothing would have!

Excellent – Overall i love these tablets, they have worked so well for us and I think i will need to remain on these for as long as i am breastfeeding. I also like that they are a natural alternative to other tablets that you can only get via a prescription from a Dr. excellent, really does work! we are using this on advice from a lactation consultant to increase milk flow (not supply) as my baby likes constant fast flow and gets really fussy when it doesnt happen! These have helped enormously with her fussiness.

Havent had any engorgement issues while taking these either

Baby is much happier when i am taking these, as soon as i forget to take them i notice her being really fussy again bit pricey at rrp $33 for 60 tablets since you need to take 2 a day, but they are definately worth the money
