Amazing – Old fashion service we don’t see any more, moving mums goods from her unit to a container while she gets settled in Agecare, the guys were on time, sympathetic and nothing was to much trouble for them, more than impressed with Andrew and Sylvia’s help in the office to the utter gentleman that completed this emotional move, hats off to everyone at Hermons Rainbow for a job more than well done. Dining table split in 4 – It is 3 months since we used Hermons. They agreed to remove the table legs but didn't. They then loaded all the boxes on top and it split in 4 (yes down both axis). They said they would rectify but 3 months later we still don't have a table. Hermons have told us they will glue it back together, when they answer our calls. They flattely refused to put in an insurance claim.

There are dents and scratches in heaps of items. My wife told them to leave some stuff at the front door because of how rough they were getting the bed in and she feared they would dent the walls.

My motorised scooter was in the garage when they moved everything out and not there when they had finished. It didn't turn up at the other end but because it was not on the manifest it's 'bad luck for me'. Thanks Hermons Rainbow. cheaper than others They made a mistake (as anyone can) but then ran away from making restitution. Very unresponsive to complaints
