Stunning – We bought the Luna hideout for our daughter… Best Buy! Everyone who comes to our house says how beautiful it is! she has the best room in the house! The kids love playing in it too

Same as the first review, not that good quality unless you know how to fix – Lots of areas do not quite match which you may find difficult to assemble. the shelf part is very easy to crack and break as it is not for heavyweight while kids will put their weight on that. the customer whether is our faults, not sending an instant report etc while I have already sent them the next day after delivery. Sent them email and photos, try to trace them up twice, no response for two weeks and the third time I traced in FB they asked me to take the shelf off and take photos again (3 weeks later).

I raised my concern about the kid is now using it and not convenient to take it off to wait for a replacement for at least a week but they are not thinking on the customer's side.

Summary, aftersale service not existed, quality a bit lower than expected for 1k bed.

A Disappointing Purchase – The positives are that the delivery and process was simple and the overall bed looks relatively nice once complete. However the craftsmanship of the product was very poor. enter the socket. One screw hole had a metallic rod that should not have been there in the centre so we could not fit that one in at all, possibly compromising the safety of the bed. Also some holes were made in places they were not supposed to be and others were left out completely. There was clearly no quality control happening with the warehouse in China as the product we received surely wouldn’t have passed. We paid almost $1000 including delivery and feel it wasn’t even worth half of that. A real shame as we had planned on getting an outdoor play area from Hide & Seek also but if the assembly of a child’s bed was so complicated and flawed we could not take the risk. We also based our purchase on the online review we saw which was a 5 star one. I was unable to submit my 2 star review for some reason which I feel misleads customers so I felt it necessary to share my experience here.
