High Road Dental and Implant Centre

I was amazed by Dr Nelson service. He is friendly, patient and attention to details. He explained everything before I went for a surgical extraction that makes me comfortable and less worried. I won’t go to any other dentist except him.

three times. 3. During the cleaning process from my facial expressions, she could clearly see that I was in pain. I did not want to complain there and then because at that point I have already decided never to go back to that clinic. 4. The next thing, which made me really disappointed at Eleanor's behaviour was the comment she made after she finished cleaning process. She said to me "did I make you cry" with smile on her face as if she purposely intended to inflict the pain. Her comment and behaviour were very inappropriate and unprofessional. During the procedure at no point did she stop and ask if I am in pain. After cleaning procedure my gums were bleeding for another 30 to 40 minutes. 5. Finally, she persisted on doing the crowns and implants firs before replacing metal fillings despite of me asking her to replace metal fillings first. I appreciate her expert advice, but it is up to the patient to make the final decision. I was prepared to take the risk and postpone placing crowns and inserting implants so I can replace the old fillings first. Recently I started to wear mouth guard at night and the mouth guard is already black indicating that the old filling might be leaking mercury which can pose a health risk.  I understand that doing crowns and implants is more profitable than replacing the old fillings but as a professional doctor she is there not only to make money but to serve public with utmost respect and curtesy which should be in line with medical professional standards.

Excellent – Been with Dr.Leonard since 2017. Excellent service and staff especially Sammi is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all my friends ,Continue the great work Leonard. Teddy Lee.
