DO NOT ENGAGE – To have a minus numerical review would be more apt. This 'outfit' are so unprofessional and the owner is beyond childish. Please, whatever you do, don't engage with this corrupt, highly dubious strata 'management' (euphemistic) outfit. I use the term 'management' very loosely.

you buy or rent off these shonky filth, get independent reports carried out. They fix nothing and let everything go including themselves. When something goes wrong they quibble about the price to fix it. The premises they sell and rent are unsafe and unliveable.

essential services needing to be located on the property and the strata managers have engaged in completely unprofessional behaviour not in accordance with a professional strata management firm. Lawyers have become involved to educate them on the correct processes to obtain an outcome. Really really dodgy outfit. Don't do it look elsewhere for sure. You can only find improvement with another firm because these guys are the worst....

Arrogant, ineffective, disengaged and hostile – Poor communication and followup of both routine and major maintenance issues. Inept and inappropriate tradespeople appointed without an effort to ensure contractors understand the purpose of the work or the depth of technical knowledge required to do the job correctly. Jokers playing the Privacy card – Got this bollocks from one of the licensed strata mangers when I asked for a copy of the by-law of one of the SP's they manage. " Under the privacy act I can only hand over the by-laws to the owner or the noted managing agent, they are free to hand these over to whoever." Inaccurate. Incorrect. Hostile – Regretfully this is one of only two strata managers in the NSW Southern Highlands, covering Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale. I have heard bad reports of the other one. Highland Strata manages the strata complex where i have a property. I find the executives there are remote, unhelpful, give questionable advice, record incorrect minutes of meetings, and seem to be generally un-cooperative.
