Really disappointed with the misleading information of this product in regards to size. Yes, I discovered when it was delivered that it has an 'actual size' picture on the pack but that is very easy to miss when buying online. Plus, it's promoted as 'small bites' and there is a Chihuahua on the package, literally the smallest dog in existence, yet… Read more

the kibble itself is MASSIVE! Like 2 - 2.5 cms (1 inch) square! I bought it for my Chi X JRT who has recently has a mandibulectomy, so I need to keep his remaining teeth in the best condition I possibly can and there is no chance that he can eat this kibble, it would have been difficult to eat even if he had both jaws fully intact. Even chopped up in to quarters (a time consuming task which also leave the kibble with rough, uncomfortable-to-eat edges) he struggles to eat the larger pieces, and doesn't seem to love the flavour, he chooses other kibble over this when I put out a selection. I cannot see smaller dogs, particularly Chis, Min Pins, Poms, toy poodles and other toy breeds even managing to fit this in their mouths. Super disappointed that I spent so much money on a food my dog basically can't eat, and that the company knowingly gaslights customers with the image and wording on the front of the pack.

Causing more plaque – I started my dog on the non prescription Hills dental care and it was working a treat so I was excited to try the prescription one as recommended by my vet. I’ve now noticed that there’s more plaque build up than before we started it and it’s building quickly. I haven’t changed anything else in her diet so I’m pretty annoyed Show details

Overpriced for the quality of ingredients – Have been feeding my dogs this for 2 years but they still require regular cleans. I recently noticed one of the top ingredients is by product which is apparently not a great ingredient to have in the top five. Looks like I'll be changing. Show details

Hills TD all a big con – My maltese poodle dog has been to the Vet for Teeth Cleans on multiple occasions . Sometimes twice a year. Ive tried cleaning her teeth myself but she bites. The vet recommended hills TD as they said it will help keep her teeth clean. Nope after buying bags of this stuff at $43 a bag ,the vet informed me she needs another clean. I saw the state of her teeth ,horrible. All a big con. So angry Show details

I high recommend the oral one they are big squares where you dog has to scrap his teeth in it. long term I do not know if it is worth the money. February 5th 2019 Update: Used 6mths update review It seems to do what it… Read more

Recommended by vet – My scotty had her teeth cleaned and vet suggested the t/d. She wont eat it...nor will my aussie who eats everthing. Tried mixing with other food....not interested...they eat around it. Have given the packet to some geyhounds who love it. Back to cleaning their teeth. May be some other brand will work but we will stick to teeth cleaning.

Yukky – My little boys will not touch this. I am so disappointed as they love their bikkies normally now I have this full bag just wasted to say nothing of the cost.

Not for my dog – Unfortunately my small pom wont touch it. He has tried to eat the bites a couple of times, but takes them out of the bowl and leaves them on the floor then goes back to eating his normal dry food. I have even tried wetting them. I hope they will stand by their monery back guarantee.

Life Saving! Great product for my dog – My dog (staffy cross) has serious allergies and can only eat these biscuits and cooked chicken. The biscuits keep his teeth clean and since he's been on them for 6 of his 7 years and people comment on his shiny, soft coat, I can confirm that they are nutritious. My Vet recommended them and we have not looked back. Keeps teeth clean, nutritious Expensive

OK – My vet recomended I put my animals on t/d, they didnt have bad teeth but as a precaution so I was given a sample. The dogs didn't like them and I eventually stopped trying to feed it to them. It seems my dogs were between the two sizes of the t/d. As the small bites were too small but the regular ones were too big. I didnt feel comfortable feeding… Read more

it to them as a whole diet and now feed them normal biscuits and raw bones which is keeping their teeth in perfect condition. I agree its good particually for small dogs who are prone to bad teeth but for my two I much prefer bones. Good for teeth Price when feeding as whole diet.

Excellent – This food has specially designed buscuits which helps pets who have dental disease and other problems with their mouths. A step up from the oral care product. A really good product especially for older animals, you will notice an improvement in their breath, their teeth and their gums. A great feed, my dogs love it. Good food, maintains overall health of the mouth.

Good – Not bad but I mix it with a better quality food because I don't think it's the best nutritional value for her Really forces my dog to chew on the bites hence hopefully cleaning her teeth Not convinced that it's the best nutritional value for my dog but my vet insisted I put her on it.
