We bought a hisense 624 litre fridge freezer in October 2020 and we are having problems with water leaking continuously from under the freezer.
hound them to replace it the fridge is garbage took me almost 6 moths and multiple loss of food to get them to refund me
Fridge is about a year old but the door seals don't seem to be closing properly, causing built up condensation inside at the top. Is this covered under warranty?
Hi, I’ve had my new fridge/freezer for a few months now. It’s an okay unit, except that the vegetable crispers make my veggies go limp within 2 days. I can bend my carrots in under 3 days fresh from the shop. I noticed there’s a gap between the slide in drawer and the shelf it sits under, should this gap be there? I see no way to adjust so ask if anybody else has this issue and if it was rectified. If rectified, how was this accomplished, please.
I have this issue. Plus many others (all but one of my fridge doors have cracked from standard or light usage and now I have areas of very wet condensation on or around the outside of the freezer door. I haven’t been able to rectify any of these problems. At best I consider this fridge to be landfill in a couple of years. I regret buying it and are sorry you bought it too and are now staring done one of its many problems
Sorry, this didn’t answer my question at all. But thank you for your time in replying. Maybe, for your condensation issue, buy some new door seals and put them on? I don’t understand how the actual doors can crack though. That’s weird.

Brand new fridge water dispenser won't work instructions poor ,outside dispenser lever will not activate the release of water. from the inside reservoir

I have had no trouble with my water dispenser its great ... Are you pushing it the lever forward enough ? And have you put water in the inside container ? I am sure the manufacturer will help if you call and explain your problem ... good luck
Thanks for your reply I must be doing something wrong. I thought you push cup against lever are you saying pull lever forward.
Speaking of Hisense 624L side by side refidgerator water dispenser, how do get it to work exactly, like Dave, lever does not reach dispenser nozzle to allow reservoir of water to come out. Customer service says unlock, but I cannot see any 'unlocking' on the front of the water dispenser or inside.
Just so you know, we finally managed to get the water dispenser working. You need to really push down the container so the nozzle is set to allow water to dispense. Once you have correctly placed the water container in situ , pour water in, don't remove, otherwise you might have difficulty putting the container back in properly. Overall, this refridgerator is great!
