properly washing the soap and softener out (not sure if all front loaders have the same problem). I always do an extra rinse cycle on every load to try and prevent this.
Other than those issues it’s not bad but I miss a top loader as it wasn’t damaging my clothes as much and it’s quicker.
Bought this machine about 2 months ago. It is nice and quiet, but can take a bit long to wash sometimes, it also has spin drying problems, It is ok, probably the same as most others on the market now. Show details
Bought about a year ago. Cleans/washes exceptionally well. Even heavily soiled items come out very fresh and clean (e.g., sheets on the 'Bedding' cycle). The spin cycle also gets the washed items almost fully dry. Lots of wash temperatures to choose from. I highly recommend the Hisense Series 3 washer. Show details
Do not buy this machine, bought machine September 2024, a drainage fault occurred March 2025, it has now passed 1 full month and it still has not been resolved. Water has been leaking from the machine, and a repair left in worse condition as power board and drainage pump blew. Hisense have been a disgrace, refused any suggestion of a replacement, and 4 weeks later still no working machine. Show details
getting very upset with the product – Bought the washing machine in November 2024. We have balanced the machine with a level. So why is it that the spin picks up speed the washer wants to go through the wall?? We have balanced it at least 10 times and nothing helps. SO what good is it to have the washer if you cannot use it???
Leaking after 8 months because of 2 small zip ties!!! – Purchased June 2023, leaked for the whole time because the only thing holding the main water hose to the barrel is 2 tiny zip ties, we have replaced OURSELVES with hose clamps. No thanks to Hisense and customer care! We chose this machine due to water saving rating and size to fit into our bathroom.
Good value washing machine – Bought this washing machine in March 2023 (Review written in Dec 2023). We've had no problems whatsoever with this front load washer. Don't regreat purchasing it. Was a good value purchase. Can't complain at all. Show details
Works as well as my old LG! Value for money! – Just purchased this brand ‘Hisense’ for the first time. Recommend to me by JB Hi Fi staff. I am drawn to the settings, especially the 15 minute cycle as I tend to throw everything into the wash after one wear. jump with the weight. Functions are easy to read and the spin dry leaves my clothes almost dry, even that huge coverlet! Very happy I took their advice. I’ve added some photos of times for different settings.

the drum cleaning feature. I’ve never had any issues with marks on clothes and it cleans exceptionally well/does the job to remove stains.
The size is great. It’s not too bulky and the setup was very easy.
The only downside is that it can unbalance rather easily, especially with bedding and towels. Keep the load light and you shouldn’t have any issues!

DON'T RECOMMEND- Retain soap or softener after being washed. Huge vibrations, banging noise when clothes are spinning – Compared to my previous washing machine, I am missing my old one and regret that I didn't buy the same brand that I used to have before, I only just wanted to save $200, but this is not worth it.
