Worse customer service ever! – Freezer went bad and quit working completely exactly 3 years to the day I bought it. I called Hisense and started the warranty return process. By the time they got back to me they told me it was out of warranty! Completely ridiculous the thing was broken for at least three weeks before I realized. Not to mention the $500 with the food I lost, they give no care.

This is perfect Wouldn't be without it – Had this freezer since 2012 4 years and it was a year old when I bought it. Got it 2nd hand 150 dollars. Has saved me hundreds if not thousands in being able to freeze things that were on sale. Has never let me down. Fantastic product. I would recommend this freezer to anyone with confidence
