Rubbish – I would give zero stars if I could , this machine gas ruined my whole laundry as it leaks continuously, gets everything stuck in filter, doesn't spin properly and has ruined thousands of dollars worth of clothes. The front if the drawer for laundry detergent broke off first time using it . DO NOT PURCHASE

Terrible – Washing Machine Front Loader 7.5 k. HWFY7514-AU I am extremely disappointed. I paid $45.00 more for the same machine at next door Harvey Norman ($555.00). I bough a Haier, but it was faulty. So JB HI-FI swapped it with a cheaper Hisense. In a normal trade, it should have been swapped with a non-faulty Haier machine. I was polite and bought into… Read more

the tricky and dishonest talking of the shop assistant. The new Hisense is noisy noisy and stops midway through for no reasons. It is difficult to trust JBHI-FI. My advice to every one to be vigilant and not to buy into the JB HI-FI staff.

Pretty good – My first front loader and has been the best washing machine I've had so far. The only issue I had was when it stopped draining, I opened up the filter on the bottom of the machine and unscrewed to drain and remove debris, I washed some bath mats and alot of the lint clogged the filter causing the F03 error message, I then put everything back in… Read more

and tried to restart the machine and kept getting the error message even after cleaning the filter after a few unsuccessful attempts to clear it and nearly pulling my hair out I then decided to disconnect everything and tip it on its back to get a better look inside the filter and pump, i used a small object to then try and move the pump propeller behind the filter and saw something wedged inside and used tweezers to finally remove it. After reconnecting everything it finally drained and spun fine. A lint collector on this machine would've been a big bonus and stopped a lot of lint and clogs inside the machine. I have now learnt my lesson and will be washing fluffy items in washing bags. Other than that one issue it has been very reliable machine for the last 2 years and I do alot of loads as I have pets.

Very let down – Having wanted a front loader for many years now I bought this machine 8 months ago and am really not happy with it. I tend to find that some items need to be washed at least twice to look clean. It has an excellent warranty and looks good, but I can say it is not good at all for anyone that has pets as it just seems to spread any fur through the… Read more

whole wash, although depending on what is being washed sometimes I will end up with little fur balls attached to items. The machine in washing mode is lovely and quite and selecting and adjusting water temperature, number of spin cycles and how fast you want it to spin is easy to change. However the spin cycle is awful. The clothes come out quite wet after the spin cycle and the vibration in spin mode is awful no matter if it is a small or large load. I am now using lower spin cycles and find they are no wetter than the fast ones and although it still vibrates, it is slightly less.

EDIT: So after mentioning to the store about the vibration in spin mode and being told no that's normal on a few visits, I finally had enough of it and went into the store to see what other machines were available. While at the store I happened to show them a video of the machine operating which made them realise that it was vibrating much more than it should have been. From there I can not fault staff or Hisense. A staff member from the store came and checked the machine to make sure it wasn't a levelling issue or bolts had not been left it. They contacted Hisense on the Friday and Hisense rang me first thing Monday morning. It did take a couple of weeks to get a repairer to look at it, which is actually due to a shortage in my area. Repairer came and Hisense contacted me a few hours later to let me know that the machine was faulty and I could pick out another one. As I own other Hisense products such as TV's, freezers etc it is great to know Hisense has excellent customer service. Thank you.

same! – I must say my experience has been the same negative noted by others. Quiet operation is a plus but lots of "bugs" in this machine. I had mine delivered late October 2020. Had one warranty service call so far and unfortunately about to request a second because the machine has stopped draining properly. I am following all the operating recommendations and care instructions but still problems. Show details

Hisense Nonsense? – I bought this piece of junk back in January approximately to replace my 7.5kg Samsung which served us well for 8 years. While it is fairly quiet in operation this new Hisense is less than 6 months old and already as stated by one person above is failing miserably on the spin off cycle. In fact our washing, towels etc nearly break our backs when we… Read more

are carrying a load of washing to the clothesline they are sopping wet still. The clothes then take forever to dry and by the time they dry they are stinky and have a mouldy musty smell if the sun isn't strong enough to dry them out properly. Totally unacceptable for a machine that is near $900. This machine takes nowhere near the 10kg of washing it advertises it does. It takes no more than our old Samsung did. 10kg is highly exaggerated. I paid nearly twice as much for this machine that I did for our old Samsung and our old one would have run rings around this Hisense Nonsense garbage. Overall I am very unhappy with our purchase and feel we have been lied to regarding the capacity of this machine and the fact that it does not do a full job of washing our things

Quiet Clean and Quick – I’ve had this for six months and so far so good. I work my machines as a busy household of five with different industry’s and clothing that needs to be individually washed it’s not unusual for me to do two 10kg loads a day. I also never reuse towels, so that’s five towels and two bath mats a day that require washing. I had to have a tech come… Read more ·  1

out recently due to a peculiar noise during the spin cycle.

I called Hisence at 4:30pm, waited 24minutes for the call to be answered. By 11:30am the next day the service tech had attended, identified and rectified the fault.

Have recommended to a friend who has recently made the purchase. Massive 3 year warranty and 11 year motor warranty! Will be back if needed.

Absolute Piece Of Rubbish – Purchased this machine in March 2019 and required 2 separate service repairs in 2019 and another in October 2020. NOTE: I have given it a 1 star rating as you cannot give a -5 rating that it deserves. Each time the machine faults on the Rinse/spin cycle. Not only is the machine such poor quality, the lack of service from the company is the most… Read more

pathetic I have ever experienced. On this time (Oct 2020) 3 phone calls to their service department (should say lack of service department) I have been told someone will return my call - BLATANT lies!!! No return calls, not even a courtesy call. After speaking to many incompetent staff and getting no where I rang the Contractor who does Hisense warranty repairs only to find out Hisense send the wrong part TWICE. So another call to Hisense this week (Monday) and after complaining about their extremely poor work ethic I was told [name removed] the State Manager would call me back the same day - No calls on Monday, Rang again on Wednesday and told again State Manager would call - you guessed it: received no call back. As such another call to Hisense this morning when I was fed up with the lies and poor work ethic, this time I demanded a return call from "[name removed]" State manager within 1 hour or I was leaving this review. Well 1hour and 45 minutes later and here is the review. The machine (when it works) in fact does not hold any where near 10kg capacity, more like a 6 or 7kg capacity (1 set of queen size sheets, 2 pillow slips and 2 T shirts and she is full to the brim. The quickest and totally useless cycle is 15 minutes - a waste of electricity and water as absolutely nothing is cleaned on such a quick cycle. The next cycle is 58 minutes long however the timer counts down at a far slower pace than any watch/clock/timer on the planet. I have tested this many times and whilst the machine may say it will finish in 8 minutes it's like waiting "for the cows to come home" and if you are lucky the cycle MAY be finished in 12 minutes - must be on holiday time. So, would I recommend ANY Hisense products - ABSOLUTELY NOT, extremely poor quality, totally unreliable and their staff including management clearly display a total lack of any work ethic and are BLATANT LIARS. Overall this company is as poor quality in both products and customer service.
