Won’t wash 1 load of washing without being restarted multiple times – We have had the washing machine only 2.5-3years and we cannot even do 1 load of washing without the error light coming on every 5 minutes. It says water tap issue. The water tap is fine we have had it checked. It then says clean filter - cleaning the filter means you have to drain the whole tank and then undo the filter which is clean as I do it… Read more

every time we wash (the machine makes you). It makes the clothes smell. You cannot put a load of washing on and rely on the machine to wash them.

Worst machine I’ve ever had!!!

Wash cycles take much longer than the timer – This machine is okay. The most annoying aspect of it is that wash cycles take a lot longer than the timer indicates they will. I used the Daily Wash cycle and it always takes at least 40 minutes longer than the 50 minutes on the timer display. I'm staring at it right now and it has been stuck on the 9 minute mark for about 7 minutes. It's as the… Read more

machine gets stuck and can't move onto the next wash phase.

The clothes do not come out as clean as they did from my previous machine.

I would not buy this machine again. Spend the extra money on another brand.

An Unusual Strong Sound After More Than a Year – The machine is good with the price but after more than a year also making a weird noise. When I called Good Guys they redirected me to another number 1300.... and then this second guy that answered my call said I am supposed to call myself or check online the Hisense company for repair since the additional 2 year warranty I bought is not yet in… Read more ·  1

place. That is ok for the machine was bought from them, Good Guys Rockingham, and they should have told me beforehand to be responsible if there is problem with the equipment. Not to advertise regarding the warranty for repair and just told you to call this number and redirected again to another one. Thank you Good Guys but I will remember that.

After A Year Problem! – When I bought it I'm in love with it but after a year, it's making weird noise from the time when I press start button. I even asked for warranty as it has 3 years warrant but they put so many conditions and makes you are responsible for paying charges. Bought from Good Guys. I would be more happy if they look after warranty. Thanks!

excellent value machine – I read a few reviews that stated this machine was noisy and moved on spin cycle, I have not found this the case, its fairly quiet in my opinion! It has a good variation of washing cycles and you can easily adjust the spin speed and temperature, its a small size so great for my small bathroom but can fit plenty in there!! I am really pleased with this machine!

What you'd expect for the price – I ended up purchasing this washing machine due to it being the only one that would fit in the bathroom. I'm mostly happy with the machine, the price cheap and comes with a 3 year warranty. The only thing I can say is that it is noisy when spinning and none of the cycles spin enough water out of your clothes leaving them wet and in the winter it… Read more

takes much longer to for my clothes to dry. Other than that it seens to wash well. Also once correctly level, it doesn't rattle and shudder like my old Electrolux that cost double to buy. If you don't want to spend a lot this machine is ok!
