Terrible tv – Picture quality is terrible. I have tried tuning it in. But it is shocking. If a dark movie is on can’t see a thing, distorted images I give up and ready to buy another Show details

Not true 4k quality – It shutters with animated 1080p resolution its not good at all it dosent even show up on screen when you rec it to try show it how convenient here is my tv in my proof Show details

happy with this 4K Smart TV with Netflix Stan etc Set up & WIFI connectivity easy great Picture & sound quality – plenty of HDMI & USB ports for any user easy to connect to bluetooth and change over functions lots of add on apps to choose from with very good 4k quality  Show details

Picture – DEcent size, but felt smaller as the family is growing. Nice TV but picture quality could be finer. But who cares, as long as I can see things clear generally. A good option for someone who cares in content than the picture. Show details

It's ok – My TV has a good amount of ports and has a good connection but it does freeze every now and then and that's upsetting as I have to turn it off and then back on

Very poor customer service – Unfortunately when removing the protective packaging/ film from the TV, the below layer also came up, which turned out to be part of the TV screen. My 2nd Hisense TV and while the picture quality is fantastic otherwise (like my previous series 7), the section that lifted is ruined and the generic dismissal from their customer service department… Read more

was frustrating to the point where I will pay more next time to avoid risking a combination of poorly build product and horrible customer service.

Terrible image/video quality – This is my 2nd HiSense. The image quality is beyond terrible - absolutely not fit for purpose. Our last TV was a Hisense and it lasted 10 years and was pretty good. The new one is dreadful, the image quality is vastly worse. For bright images, it is bad, but displaying images with more dark tones it is unwatchable - the whole image glows… Read more

around the frame, especially around the bottom of the frame, heavily distorting the picture. See image attached.

I rang the Hisense customer support helpline and waited on hold... and waited...

Hoping this can be resolved efficiently.

Screen start flickering within 3 months – Bought this tv around 3 months ago and screen just start flickering. Tried hard reboot so many times but with no luck. Called JB Hifi and realised, there's no replacement warranty on this product. Really disappointed and such a waste of money. I don't recommend products from Hisense.  Show details

Good, but had better – This is my 3rd Hisense, clearly the best in it's class, however, I have a keen eye and don't believe picture is notably better than my last one. Some 4k content looks the same as 2k content. Lip-sync timing is always out when watching content on Prime Video especially if you stop the program then restart. It can take a bit of time to correct it in the settings. I'm just being critical, it's still the best 4k TV in its class by miles. Show details

Changing my review, didn't last the distance, 2nd Hisense TV and NEVER again – Have edited this as I was happy when it was new but they don't last the distance, I can't afford to keep buying new tvs every 30 months or so. Called Customer Service and they just didn't care. NEVER again will I buy a Hisense. Cheap rubbish and cheaper customer service. Show details

What a difference! – As our old TV was dying by stages we searched for a god replacement. Many options, but the one that stuck out was the Hisense 55". Not the top of the range but a great TV if you're looking to watch TV. Has all the bells and whistles if you want but works perfectly fine without. The colours are great, the definition the same and the sound is terrific. Love it already and only had it 6 days. The 3 year warranty is an added bonus. Show details
