Holman Retractable hose reel Aussie made quality product – This product is great for many reasons, 1) Australian owned and made, 2) quality is excellent, 3) Price is good, 4) Warranty on hose and body. The hose reel comes with good easy to follow instructions that even a novice can follow. This is my second one I have fitted around my hose and will add more. My only suggestion is to include a drilling template in or on the lid flap of the box to make for easier mounting, I took a pic of the template I drew on the inside flap for reference, otherwise I am one happy installer and user of this product. Well done on the charcoal colour as well it is a good and pretty option.
Very poor quality save yourself heartache – Please dont do it people!! Save yourself a lot of grief and buy a different brand I have had two of these and both failed miserably one is only one year old and wont retract the other the level wind doesn’t work does this sound familiar what’s worse is they dont keep basic parts if its more than 5 minutes old !! Lol
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $129.
Really ? the truth is I contacted them just as you are saying and they were absolutely adamant about the first unit saying its too old ! sooo nope they don't people as i said earlier don’t waste your money pay a bit more get a “real “one no pun intended
